Costavela - First sea line in Collioure

COVID 19 INFORMATION: Dear travelers, in order to guarantee your comfort and safety, we have implemented reinforced hygiene measures in our accommodation before your arrival: cleaning and disinfection of frequently touched surfaces, ventilation for at least 4 hours the whole house, washing sheets and bath towels at 60 degrees etc.

Household linen: bed sheets, fitted sheets, pillowcases and pillow covers, towels and bath mats, tea towels, and blankets as well as end-of-stay cleaning are to be paid on the day of arrival, upon check-in. keys delivered by the local agency, for a fixed amount of €180 per stay. This amount is not included in the amount paid when booking.

- Bedroom 3: Upstairs. Attic room. A 140 cm double bed. Closing by door.
- Bedroom 4: Upstairs. Attic room. Two 90 cm single beds. Closing by door.

Seating: 2 large sofas (1 three-seater + 1 two-seater), 2 large relax armchairs, 1 bench, chairs (8) and 2 folding deck chairs.
Electric roller shutters.
VDSL2 Internet - Free Wifi connection - . 32" LED television - SENSEO coffee maker.
Private parking space in closed garage.
Enjoy the summer from the clear waters of the two beaches located in the residence with direct access on foot.

Pricing:
The price is calculated per entire week, from Saturday to Saturday.

Bed sheets, pillow covers, hand towels, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels must be paid to the agency upon arrival on site, including cleaning for a compulsory flat rate of €180 per stay.

Arrival and departure days are free during the week, except Sundays or public holidays when entry or exit will be made with the key box.
Departures are before 10:00 a.m.

Super Wohnung im wunderschönen Küstenort
Die Ferienwohnung ist in einer tollen Lage direkt am Meer, geschmacklich super schön eingerichtet und man muss wirklich nichts an Zubehör mitbringen. Absolut alles war hervorragend, nur die Betten in der oberen Etage dürften besser sein.

Emplacement superbe, Avec accès à 2 plages à quelques minutes à pied. Logement propre et bien équipé, la climatisation réglable dans toutes les pièces est un gros plus. L’accueil a été fort sympathique. Bref nous avons passé une semaine très agréable une très belle découverte!

Wunderbare Urlaubstage
Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich auf den Felsen direkt am Meer und ist gut und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die nächste Einkaufsgelegenheit ist fußläufig erreichbar. Das Check-in und die Betreuung mit Pascal haben reibungslos funktioniert. Wir vermissen jetzt schon das Meeresrauschen und die herrlichen Sonnenaufgänge. Wir haben die Urlaubstage sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in traumhafter Lage
Das große Plus dieser Ferienwohnung: Man ist wirklich DIREKT am Meer. Wunderbarer unverbauter Blick aufs Meer. 0 Minuten zum Meer über die Felsen, 5 Minuten zu den plages publiques. Ausstattung und Zustand sehr gut. Die Bilder sind zu 100% zutreffend. Balkon etwas schmal für Mahlzeiten im Freien mit mehr als 2 Personen. Die Schlafräume im Obergeschoss sind recht klein und in der sehr heißen Woche, die wir in Collioure verbrachten, aufgrund der kleinen Fenster trotz zweier Ventilatoren kaum zu belüften. Sehr nette und absolut unkomplizierte Betreuung bei An- und Abreise durch Pascal!

Umgeben vom Meer
Das Haus ist auf die Felsen gesetzt, sodass man den ganzen Tag, wie auf einem Schiff, aufs Meer blicken kann. Die Austattung war für uns mehr als ausreichend. Check in und Betreuung waren prima. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit.

Wonderfull stay!
Nice appartement with superb view over the rocks and sea. Terras is perfectly oriented so that in summer, the appartement doesn’t get too hot. Only dissapointment was the unusual high and obligated fee for the sheets, and the terras on the left side that was broken and looked like it would fall down. Otherwise excellent and very pleseant. Splendit location, and perfect for a vacation at the sea with kids :) would highly recommend and will definetly come back!

situation IDEALE
appartement idéalement situé au dessus des rochers et de la mer; avec vue sur le large et la belle église si typique de Collioure.Premier commerce (liddl) à qq minutes vers Port Vendre; et centre ville de collioure à 15-20 minutes à pied par la corniche. La voiture peut donc rester au parking pendant tout le séjour.

Vacances agréable et confortable
Cadre du logement très jolie, fonctionnel et très bien équipé, bien situé par rapport aux marchés et aux activités alentours. La literie est confortable, seul bémol la chaleur et l’humidité difficile à supporter 29 degrés en moyenne dans le logement mais avec le vent ça permettait de raffraichir un peu le soir, propreté des sols moyenne certainement liée aux embruns, transats balcon un peu usés. Les activités alentours sont très sympa pour les enfants. Très Bon accueil lors de notre arrivée.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La location est à la hauteur de ses promesses. La vue sur la mer est encore plus belle que sur les photos de l'annonce. L'appartement est très bien équipé, le décor est soigné. Tout est en excellent état, au goût du jour et impeccable de propreté. L'accueil de M. Berland est très professionnel. Le départ de cet endroit était bien difficile...

Absolutely fabulous.
This is probably the first place I’ve stayed where the publicity photographs are a true representation of the property; it is really as good as it looks. The apartment, when we arrived was spotlessly clean, it’s superbly equipped and very comfortable. The location is ideal and the walk down into Collioure is very pleasant, which is just as well as we walked it every day. Don’t drive there, you will never find anywhere to park. Collioure is a lovely little town with plenty of good restaurants and bars and enough shops to keep anyone busy. Market days are Sunday and Wednesday and are definitely worth a visit. All in all, it was a perfect holiday and I look forward to returning. One last point, Pascal, the agent who met us at the property is a very helpful and pleasant guy. Big thanks to him.

Absolutely Perfect just as described and more
We spent two weeks in this perfect home away from home and had an idyllic holiday. This apartment is so well equipped with everything we needed in every room and those views! Every night the sunset got better and better. I have rented plenty of places and never have the descriptions met the reality but this certainly did. The location is ideal with two beaches of the cleanest water I have swum in with fish joining me on my little bay swims each morning. We would come back for breakfast on the balcony and watch the passing sailing traffic and plan our day trips out. The local area is so full of things to see and do and it is no surprise so many fabulous artists used this as their base to capture the views. If you can hire a car to go inland and down to Spain do although it's not necessary because it's also possible by bus. Frances has a superb apartment and Pascal is a brilliant manager on hand if you need help, not that we did. Highly recommend the 1€ bus that takes you every where you need on the coast and the fish markets in Port Vendres and the regular markets in Collioure and Port Vendres a foodie heaven! And finally those sunsets and early morning swims. A holiday to remember for many many years. You won't be disappointed!

L;appartement est très agréable, fonctionnel, confortable et l'environnement Collioure- Port Vendres superbe et intéressant. Mais le point fort qui rend le séjour vraiment très agréable, c'est la mer , là aux pieds avec l'horizon infini et le murmure des vagues...
