“This property is firstly absolutely stunning. The house was amazing with a great layout. The perfect view from every window. The entertaining area is pure luxury. The kitchen made me want to cook. “Great location & very cute old cottage. The cleaning was average including windows & mirrors but overall our stay was very enjoyable & we would stay again. Unfortunately there was miscommunication between owners & rental managers as tradies came to replace the roof during our stay….. Thankfully that didnt happen & the tradies left.”

“Great spot in Coffin Bay, right on the water. Our family enjoyed the fire pit and swimming out the front during Christmas. We hired a Kayak from the Oyster Farm and pottered about. I was not initially aware that we had to hire bedding which adds to the cost.”

“The property had ample beds etc and the kitchen had plenty of cutlery, utensils, crockery and cookware. However, the property has aging decor and furnishings from decades ago and was very musty. To disguise this, air fresheners has been placed throughout the place, resulting in quite an allergic reaction. Even after a week.if airing it often the mustiness remained.”

“We had a fantastic week. Love the serenity. The fishing at the prooerty, the wild goat, emus and kangaroos. Had dolphins swimming 50 metres off shore every day. Position perfect. The hostes were very good too. The house basic , but comfortable. Sofas and beds were great. Thankyou for the holiday.”

“It suited us well with two families across the rooms. Located near park for kids including skate and bike riding which was great. We brought small dog and needed to reinforce gate area so he didn’t escape otherwise yard is secure. All amenities we needed were available. Will stay again. ”
