Relax with a great view of downtown Cleveland. Great for students, travel nurses, doctors, and consultants. Peaceful place to stay near restaurants and main attractions in walking distance. This lovely apartment comes with a restaurant inside the building , game/ Tv room, gym, a gated parking lot, a laundry room, and security cameras around the build for a safe stay.

Relaxing downtown apartment
This is a very tiny studio apartment. Not appropriate for more then 2 people. It is a multi unit high rise building with security entrance. 4th floor accessibility. Check in was seamless. If you have allergies or asthma i would not recommend this place. There are automatic deodorizers in the hallway that sprays a noxious fume that emanates into the studio apartment. We were also advised not to go out after dark in the neighborhood by other residence. continuous deord

Not what we expected
I'll start with the pluses, which regrettably are few: - Communication with our host was mostly quick. He was very patient regarding our late arrival (10 PM). However, there was no information about check-out. - onsite parking was a big plus - the TV was huge and Hulu was nice On the minus side: - as soon as we walked in, there was a persistent, cloying smell of tobacco smoke, which almost made us bolt after the first night - the rugs seemed dirty and were a potential and real (in one case) tripping hazard with the turned up edges - there were no towel racks in the bathroom - there was no freezer in the refrigerator - it would have been difficult to cook much of anything in the kitchentte - the shower caddy and other items in the bathroom were dirty With respect to the listing (also minuses): - it's listed as a 1 BR apt. Although it has a partial partition separating the sleeping and living area, it is clearly just a studio apt. - it says there is a desk and desk chair. There were neither. - it says there's a dead bolt on the front door. There isn’t. I wanted to be more positve for our host, who is a very nice guy, but this place just doesn’t measure up.

two of the bath towelsfolded on the table were clean but damp. Instructions for key fob and car pass could have been clearer and ahead of time. trash information and dishes could have been told earlier so could have done them at my convenience

This unit suited our needs for an enjoyable weekend stay in Cleveland to check out a couple baseball games and RRHOF. Host was responsive and timely in responses. Location is in the University area about a 15-20 min walk from downtown core. Unit was clean and as described in the ad. Safe above ground parking provided that has in-out access. Re: the odor noted by others: there is a deodorizer continuously circulated into the hallways of the building but I didn’t find it overly noticeable or bothersome in the unit.

Not as advertised
When we arrived, access into the parking lot and the apartment went pretty smoothly. However the apartment is not at all downtown as it is advertised. Also the building and the apartment itself smelled as if it was several years of smoke trying to be covered up with air freshener. Because of the smell and because it was so much further away from downtown than we thought it was, we left after the first night.

I should have known better
Yeah at this price but......... The ad is misleading. The pictures make this appear like it is an apartment. It is a 9x12 studio apartment with a tiny fridge (no freezer) and two crappy little burners on top of that with a microwave. When I finally got into the apartment it was over 80 degrees in this little room and the heat was turn off but was on full blast. This place has a crappy little AC unit that barely works and this unit is right over the highway so it is is super loud. I contact the owner about the heat and nothing was done until the next day when I had to threaten them about it. I had the window wide open with AC on full blast but the heat was also on full blast. I could barely sleep due to the huge amount of traffic noise. The second night they were able to turn off the heat but it was still 72 in that room and no matter what I did I couldn't get it any cooler. Ad says downtown location near restaurants. It's a bit over a mile to downtown. This is in Midtown and there is nothing to find for places to eat unless you walk back downtown. I would never recommend now stay here every again

Nice place!
The building definitely has some crazy odors, but the room itself smelled really nice. It was clean and comfy. I stayed with my husband and 2 year old and it was a little small for us but would definitely stay again if it was just me and my husband! Host was amazing and had great communication. The location was great, we were going to a show and were within walking distance of the theater.

As Advertised with Great Customer Service
The property was exactly how it was advertised and therefore was a pleasant stay. The host was very responsive to my inquiries and went above and beyond with his customer service, which contributed to my overall great experience.
