“Was a wonderful time! Loved the views of the water and the beach. The dolphins visited very frequently. The A/C did stop working due to not draining but we opened all windows up and were lucky with a breeze. We will be back! ”

“The property was easy to find, great parking, easy access, great location. The place they created in a historic building is great. They put good quality finishes when the place was built. The location is great. We walked everywhere. The outdoor seating was a nice touch. Hosts were very accommodating when we had to switch the days we were staying due to our flight changing. Would recommend to anyone. ”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The unit was all as advertised. Very clean. My only suggestion would be to have lights on when you enter and a fresh smell. It was a little dark with a musty closed up smell therefore the first impression was not the best. Once we were there and turned on lights, opened up the windows, turned on fans it was very nice with lots of books and games. Loved it❣️Beautiful sunrises❣️”

“The Otter House is really nice, spacious and comfortable. The view of the river is spectacular. My husband fished from the dock the entire stay and caught LOTS of fish. Used nightcrawlers on the bottom. The yard was really nice for the dog. The restaurant down the street had great food. ”
