"Great and nice security people. Bad cleaning 3 out of 4 days (towels looked dirty, half made bed, old plastic cup left on table etc). Tried to tip extra to get better cleaning, but no. When we did not tip, the cleaning was good, so probably we tipped wrong person. Tried breakfast in the bar, but waiting time was long and the serving was stopped in the kitchen at the same time we got to order. Interior in public areas are beautiful. Pool area nice, but really cold water. Good location. "

"Great staff but only one working when checking in and one when checking out made it take time and for this level of hotel there should always be resources to add. The room is like all other chain hotel, it´s like all hotel called the same designer and ordered the same furniture, carpet, bathroom setup. So un-personal and boring. Wifi was ok but not high-speed. The resort fee is a ridiculous scam that to many hotels charge. Things that other hotels include in the room price but mostly in the US is an add on. However, Swissotel actually gave credit that could be used for breakfast and dry cleaning so the 25+tax could be used in some ways. The automatic elevators was a big plus, waiting time short and effective use of the elevators, more hotels should have this setup"

"Hyfsat läge, lätt att ta uber eller kick ner till broadway. Billigt i jämförelse mot andra hotell, frukosten var helt okej, inte stor men något iallafall. Rummen var rymliga och personal dygnet runt var bra då man låste ute sig. Kan rekommendera detta om man som jag inte spenderar mycket tid förutom sovandes på hotellet. Poolen var inte i bruk. "
