"Great location, nice and clean, comfy beds and spatious room. Only downside is the noice from the subway trains who runs above ground nearby."

"The pool was closed despite we asked before we came if it was open, our room we booked for over 3 months ago, was given to another person, the room we got smelled like it was mildew in it. The check in personnel was uninterested and blasphemy etc. So we checked out earlier. Don’t go there!"

"Great staff but only one working when checking in and one when checking out made it take time and for this level of hotel there should always be resources to add. The room is like all other chain hotel, it´s like all hotel called the same designer and ordered the same furniture, carpet, bathroom setup. So un-personal and boring. Wifi was ok but not high-speed. The resort fee is a ridiculous scam that to many hotels charge. Things that other hotels include in the room price but mostly in the US is an add on. However, Swissotel actually gave credit that could be used for breakfast and dry cleaning so the 25+tax could be used in some ways. The automatic elevators was a big plus, waiting time short and effective use of the elevators, more hotels should have this setup"

"Vi bodde i deluxe dubbelrum. Otroligt bra. Ac på rummet. Stort och rymligt, två badrum, micro och kyl. Toppen med gratis vattenflaskor vid hissen och kaffe oå våning 2. Trevlig personal och fantastiskt läge. "
