"Really perfect location. Quiet but still close to broadway. It is perfectly walkable to downtown. Parking was a bit expensive but there are other options close. Liked Clydes sportsbar a block away."

"Everything was absolutely perfect. Stuff super friendly, all of them. Nice bed, clean rooms, brand new, really nice pool area. Free parking in the area. Will recommend this to all friends visiting Nashville. Quiet and safe area. Thanks for making our stay in Nashville awesome "

"Having heard only good things about the hotel, we had high expectations - but ended up extremely disappointed. The location is very noisy - we didn’t sleep until after 3AM any night and nothing has been done in the rooms to reduce the outside noise. While a location can be noisy, at least we’d expect a luxury hotel to deal with it at least to some extent. The check in was arrogant and outright unfriendly. The knowledge about restaurants, concerts and other events close to non-existent, which is no unacceptable for this level of hotel. Asking for a really good place to have lunch, we got recommended a fast food food court. The in-house coffee shop serves good coffee and really bad sandwiches at a high price. One of the days they forgot our housekeeping (and no, we didn’t leave a “don’t disturb” sign) and had to ask for housekeeping four times. We never got it. So - spend your money somewhere else!"
