“Divine. Slept so peacefully in this quiet sanctuary with private garden, fountain and barbecue situated just blocks from cafes, Funk Zone and State Street shopping. The kitchen was stocked with a wide array of spices, all appliances and every baking/cooking pan I could need. Dishes were fun pottery and antiques, enjoyed! There was both heat and AC! Manager Debbie was just a text away and was ready to assist anyway she could. All was a friendly vacation retreat !! Highly recommend.”

“The studio was exactly as advertised, but access to the loft like bed area was somewhat difficult for my husband. It’s a small area and you cannot stand in it. However the studio had everything we needed including a nice bathroom and shower and a fully functional kitchen area. The view outside was wonderful. ”

“My sister and I wanted a place near East Beach so we could easily walk everywhere. The place isn't fancy but clean and very comfortable. The neighborhood feels safe and is very quiet. I really appreciated the good quality beach chairs, towels, and umbrella available for our use. Tri County Produce is just 2 blocks away and has all the basics. Next time I won't even rent a car (even though it was no problem finding street parking). We enjoyed walking on the bike path to get coffee and then...

“Looked for a cozy private ranch type retreat with the amenities for cuddling up after long days of walking around and enjoying the Christmas festivals and wine. Found this place and it was perfect! The views were incredible to wake up to and kiss the day to the sunsets and lets just say that you have to see it to believe it. Let me include the HOT TUB with the sunsets was a most added bonus to my surprise getaway for my wife. It was most enjoyable. Thanks for sharing your home with us Michael! ...

“Very clean. A 15 minute walk to Santa Barbara Bowl. We were able to park our car on the property. Thoughtful toiletries. Great location. No need to drive. Plenty of nearby restaurants and shopping. It was nice to stay in town! ”
