“We found the hotel comfortable and the location great for exploring San Luis Obispo on foot. The room itself was rather dusty and there were some obvious stains on the wall in bathroom, and although we told the reception about it, it was never cleaned up. The hotel has a breakfast buffet that is quite chaotic. There are not enough seats for all the guests and you have to wait around for a seat while your breakfast gets cold.
