“This was a beautiful, clean and comfortable property. It was so charming, well located and well stocked with amenities. We could walk to the metro which took us to all the attractions in the entire DC area or check out the local shopping and dining (DC Smokehouse right across the street was awesome) in our own neighborhood. The home was easy to access and the host provided clear directions for our stay and answered my questions promptly. Highly recommend!!”

“Property has been nicely updated. Rooftop was great. had a problem with the smoke alarm battery reported at 3pm by 10pm the owner showed up and took care of it. Primary prop mgr contact didn't folow up well so called the back up and they followed through and stayed in touch. Bring your body wash, kleenex and ice b/c it does not provide enough body wash for 3 people and 6 nights. Overall it was good, rain almost every day. amenities are not close enough to walk to. “We very much enjoyed our stay (2 adults and 3 teens). Easy walk to anywhere in Georgetown, easy Uber to the National Mall or out to Dulles. House was very nicely appointed and spotless. Exactly like the pictures. Management service was fast to respond and gave us all the info we needed. Highly recommended!”

“All 4 of us enjoyed the stay. Very well equipped kitchen although we only used microwave and coffeemaker. Washer and dryer were very useful for us. Handy to anything we wanted to do. Went to DC on the Metro worked great!! All the people were so helpful everywhere we went!!”
