“We planned a family overnight with our adult children. This house/stay exceeded our expectations. From booking, check in, and the time at the house; the owner was super helpful! We were able to text with questions and always received a quick response. The house was well decorated, clean, and well stocked. Unfortunately, we only stayed for 1 night but definitely plan to return for a longer visit next time! We highly recommend this house to anyone who is looking for a nice quiet getaway!”

“This was an excellent choice for our trip to Cooperstown for a baseball tournament. It was an easy 15 minute drive to Dreams Park. The house had plenty of room for all 12 of us, including a second cottage for someone needing a little more peace and quiet. The communication from the host was over the top. The dislike was bed size offered wasn't was was there and it was a comfy mattress a has a padding on the floor in a enclosed attic styled loft. What was appreciated is the ventilation of window, fan, and a overview of the inner cabin. ”
