There is a lot of well thought out space and amenities packed into this small house. The location is ideal walking distance for IA games and activities. We rented in December and walked to Carver for a game. The driveway is a bit tight for larger vehicles, and careful your vehicle is not on the sidewalk - you might get a ticket. ...

“The space was great as we needed room to gather after my mom's memorial service. The bedrooms met our needs - we only slept in them. We appreciated having the double oven to heat/bake food for a gathering. The 2-car garage was great making packing the car nicer in the very cold weather.Grocery stores were nearby. The location was great for the memorial service and graveside ceremony. Folks joining us after the services had no trouble finding us.The only negative items were the very steep...

“Visited our daughter in Iowa City and the house provided a great place for the whole family to spend time together. Including our dog. It is located in a quiet neighborhood convenient to downtown and Coralville. We were able to park two cars in the garage which came in handy when the temperature dropped below zero.”

“This home is perfect for get together! The bunk beds were awesome for the kids and the basement is a great place for a card game or shooting pool. ”

“The Cozy Cottage is darling and very comfortable! The white and black farmhouse style has lots of great natural light and is a joy to wake up to. The cottage is dog friendly, which is an huge plus. Outside there is a fire pit and the cutest little chickens. We would stay again!”
