Bara några steg från havet, stranden och badplatsen. Även om inte direkt stranden, är detta hem väldigt nära och mycket billigare än det främsta hemmet.
Vi har 2 "nästan identiska" bostäder på samma fastighet. Detta nya enfamiljshus har 2 nivåer: Köket och vardagsrummet ligger på huvudnivån med en stor veranda. På övervåningen finns 2 sovrum / 1 badrum och en andra stor veranda med utemöbler. Den övre våningen leder till takterrassen med 360 graders utsikt och en Palapa som du kan sitta under timmar för att njuta av havsutsikten. Det finns hängmattor under Palapa samt stolar för total avkoppling. Från Palapa, kommer du att ha utsikt över Karibiska havet, revet och utsikt över havet på motsatta Leeward sidan av ön också!
Under hela är moderna öfyllnader, coola klinkergolv, Belizian lövträ, ett fullt utrustat kök, sängkläder, tvättmaskin, flatscreen TV / DVD, wifi, luftkonditionering och en stor pool med solstolar. Nya möbler i hela.
Hemmet är byggt av tjocka betonggolv och väggar, och till amerikanska / kanadensiska standarder.
* Önbrisen som kommer från havet är uppfriskande på de flesta varje dag.
Detta hem ligger i en enklave av privata hem och bara cirka 120 meter till ditt strandområde och simning docka. Beachvolleyboll, paddla boarding, kajakpaddling är alla tillgängliga från den privata stranden.
Detta är ett lugnt område, bara 5 minuters cykeltur till stan, nära många underbara restauranger, lokala matvaror och tiki cabana barer.
Rika palmer och blommiga löv runt.
Stranden är en av endast några på ön. Vår lilla privata enklava bestämde oss för att bygga en simning docka / plattform för din morgon / eftermiddag roligaste dopp i havet. Du kan sitta i slutet av bryggan och titta på revet bara utanför havet. Undervattens tropiska fiskar är en daglig händelse vid kajen. Om du reser på egen båt kan du reservera en plats vid bryggan om du bor i enklaven.
Poolen är 33'x15 'bred med en Belizian lövträ om däck. Det finns flera schäslongstolar med kuddar att sitta vid poolen och koppla av för att ladda batterierna till ditt nästa äventyr. Poolen delas med våra 2 hem.
Vi har havs kajaker och kanoter att hyra.
Vi hyr också ön cyklar att resa och turnera om det underbara äventyret för de flesta åldrar!Vi har barns cyklar, barnbärare och spjälsängar på begäran.

Hospitable and relaxing stay to compliment our fishing trip on Caye Caulker!
We had an amazing time and enjoyed our stay at this property. This is my third time at this property and the staff is always inviting and welcoming. Comfortable beds, Clean rooms and relaxing atmosphere to recover and prepare for our next day fishing.

Family stay
We had family meet up in Caye Caulker for 3 nights. It was better than expected. Beds were so comfortable. Kitchen had everything needed. Clean. Roof top patio was fun to sit on at night and not bother anyone in house. Just great.

Spacious and quiet, with great views
Plenty of room for the 3 of us, had everything we needed. Rooftop palapas were a nice bonus, as was the fact that Weezie's was just a few yards away. Shared pool was great and offered shady and sunny seating. Quiet neighborhood, gated complex with security staff. Front desk had drinks for purchase and attentive, helpful staff that could arrange for tours or taxis, whatever you need. Five minute walk to the nearest grocery store, and 15 minute walk to the heart of downtown. We did lose water overnight twice (construction maybe?), but it was fixed by 9am or so each time. Overall a nice place to stay!

Great place - just far enough from town center
My partner and I took our 19 year old niece for her first trip out of the country. She wanted to go somewhere that spoke English and had beaches. I chose this property because it had great amenities for anyone who just wanted to stay back at "home base". The swim dock was amazing, and the pool was nice and cool on the hotter days. The rooftop allowed us to see the beautiful sunsets. Two rooms meant we all had our own space. This was even better than we had hoped for and was a short walk to town when we wanted a little more activity. Thank you~!

A Piece of Heaven
We absolutely enjoyed our stay on Caye Caulker. Our Carribean Sunrise Cottage was incredible. Immaculately cleaned, beautifully decorated, comfy beds & pillows (even the sofa couch our son says was comfy lol), very friendly staff, and the location was perfect for us. The rooftop deck was serene and well used by our 2 teenagers and ourselves (mom/dad). The beach and dock space to lay back & tan, or take off paddle boarding was only a few steps from the cottage. We enjoyed the bike rentals and used them every day we were there. We will most definitely will be back and will be booking the same place no doubt. Cheers and happy vacationing!

A gorgeous place to relax!
Our stay was wonderful! The Caribbean Sunset Cottage was lovely. Impeccably clean. Kitchen very well stocked with all utensils, cookware, and food storage. Washer worked well and the clothesline for drying was quaint and convenient. The pool was a huge hit with our kids! The alleyway boasts a great cafe, gorgeous flowers, and is the short walkway to the dock and water. Absolutely beautiful! We rented a golf cart for our entire stay which worked well to reach the busier side of the island. We felt very at home here and would love to return!

Loved the Property and Caye Caulker
My family enjoyed our week stay at the condo. The condo was immaculate and well furnished. Loved the wood accents. Loved the access to the top deck. The grounds were well kept, with someone continually raking leaves and cleaning. Nice dock and lounge chairs. Noticed that there was nighttime security at the complex entrance and dock. The property was fairly close to town and we walked most days, and rented bikes from the condo a few times. We toured the island on our bikes and have to say that the Palmetto complex is the top complex on the island. Taxis were arranged for both arrivals and departures at the water taxi dock which was very convenient. Could not be happier with our stay.

Best vacation!
The cottage was absolutely perfect! Great quiet spot on the island, lovely dock with swimming and boating access steps away, pool right out front, roof deck with panoramic island views plus lots of birds to watch. Beds were comfortable, AC worked well, and two bathrooms was very helpful to have for a family of four. We also enjoyed the cafe nearby for a quick coffee and breakfast option. We absolutely will be back!

Caribbean Sunrise Cottage on Caye Caulker
The four of us had an awesome time at Caribbean Sunrise Cottage. Super clean, terrific pool, dock and rooftop deck. Beds were very comfortable, AC works great. Velento Rental personnel were super. Will definitely stay in that semi-private, super safe area again.

Great property and staff
My wife and I stayed for 10 days and the experience was outstanding! House is well appointed and beautiful. All appliances and AC were working flawlessly. Staff onsite were warm and welcoming and they were very helpful when needed; all while being respectful of our privacy. Weezies cafe located steps away was very convenient and everything we tried there was delicious! The swimming dock and pool were fantastic as well! We will certainly return!!

Lovely Property
Velento Properties was attentive from start to finish. The house was just as pictured and very private, clean, and comfortable. We were a group of people in our 70s and would have liked to be closer to restaurants and activities, but the caye is small and the location would be great for younger groups.

Simply Perfect
What a perfect vacation property and location! Caye Caulker itself is a delight and this property was the perfect way to enjoy. A short 1 minute walk to the water, a pool, decks and a private rooftop patio, bikes for rent on the property, water, air conditioning, and all the other amenities we needed were provided. The staff were extremely helpful and responsive to our questions and needs. They even helped us arrange transport for the next stages of our Belize trip. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Great place to Go Slow
We loved the cottage and enjoyed our stay there so much. The cottage had all we need for our family with two 3 year old kiddos, the pool to ourselves and a perfect location off the beaten track. We loved being in this location on the island and had perfect parking for our gold cart every day (highly recommend renting one if in this location with a family). Loved the hammocks and star gazing late at night as well. Great spot for a great price.

Perfect
This is a wonderful property. The pool was perfect for the kids, the dock and lounge chairs were perfect for the grown-ups. I loved the location being a little bit out of town but still an easy walk. Right down the road from the Pelican which we thought was hands-down the best food and cocktails on the island.
