The beds need to be updated. Very uncomfortable. Some utensils had mold. The coffee machine cannot be used because it had mold inside. The jacuzzi was also with mold. Apartment needs to be clean better.

Cuando llegamos a el apartamento no era para nada lo que se ve en la fotos aquí en expedia. Los muebles de la sala eran baratos y las camas de los cuartos duras e incomodas. Los utensilios y las ollas de la cocina estaban viejos y dañados. En los alrededores no hay muchas opciones para comer, sobretodo si vas en familia. Cabe resaltar que el servicio de parte de los empleados del edificio fue excelente. Le comentamos sobre nuestro disgusto al ver que no era lo que se presentaba en las fotos y ellos muy amablemente nos acomodaron los cuarto para que así estuviéramos mas cómodos. La lavadora que tenía el apartamento era muy pequeña a penas pudimos lavar ropa. Las toallas no las cambian, uno mismo tiene que lavarlas y por tener una lavadora tan pequeña solo pudimos lavar 3, éramos 5 personas. En si la experiencia fue buena pero en dueño del apartamento debería invertir $ en el para que así sus huéspedes tengan una mejor experiencia. Servicio al cliente excelente. En lo demás, no lo recomendaría sobretodo si vas a viajar en familia.

Bad experience, I did t like it at tall. First of, they don’t allow you to bring any visitor which is something they don’t mention when you are booking. As soon as you come in they charge you a cleaning fee, they dont come to clean every day as they are supossed to. How here is the worst part, water barely comes. You can spend a whole day with no water. I had to buy water bottles to Brush my teeth, I couldn’t take a shower for a whole day. If you come here, know that you won’t be able to take a shower whenever you want. They will tell you it’s the whole city, which is a lie, I made it to different hotels and public places and they have water. I regret booking here, I’ll never come back for sure

The property was very nice. Our rooms were always cleaned for the most part on the whole stay. Most of the staff were very friendly. And it was a good walking distance to beach and some restaurants. Cons: there were no blinds in the living room so people could constantly see into your hotel room. They also don’t allow ANY guest. If you’re visiting with family your family can’t even step foot into the hotel let alone go up to your room or to the pool. I thought this was a terrible rule.

Nice and secure building with splendid rooms, well furnished and equipped. Airconditioners work very well and keeps you cool throughout your stay. All of the workers were very nice and supportive. However, my room smelt like sewage intermittently throughout my 3 day stay. I constantly got bites all over my legs and I couldn't identify the source to determine if it was due to bed bugs or some other insect. The location is also a significant distance from the downtown area, so expect a 30mins drive to the Clock tower and other fun spots. The gym is nothing to write home about...1 rickety spin bike that's falling apart, 1 old treadmill and 1 more equipment. The apartment also charges a significant cleaning fee but they make no effort to clean the apartment nor replace the beddings or towels throughout the stay. The internet in the rooms is not particularly fast as I struggled to connect during work calls, although the internet in the coworking room on the ground floor is exponentially better. The shower doesn't work well, as the water quickly alternates between very hot and cold, with very low water pressure. Overall, I will not recommend.

The upstairs pool was nice. The balcony jacuzzi was ok. The “master bedroom” had two twin beds. The other bedroom had a twin bed with sliding bed at bottom. The beds were hard and extremely uncomfortable causing aches and pains. The apartment advertised with nice furniture was not what we received. The furniture was VERY basic and not luxury at all. We had worms in the apartment and there was also a giant roach. We stayed 7 days/6 nights and there was no /cleaning the entire stay. Only one of the showers ran hot water.

I had the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit. I t was so beautiful. The kitchen was fully functional and stocked with everything you need. The beds were comfortable. The wrap around balcony was amazing. Watching the plane land and take off was great. The washing machine with the dryer was a huge bonus. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing! I was a bit nervous because it was my first time in Cartagena. The area is a quiet beach zone about 15 min from Boca Grande. Staff was amazing! greeted us so professionally. Escorted us to our room and took the time to answer questions. The Infiniti pool on the 15th floor is AMAZING. Sandy and George at the front desk were so nice. I can't wait to go back

BAD BAD experience.
Bad experience. My reservation was originally made for 7 days and 2 people, but I arrived on the first day alone and informed the staff that the second guest would be arriving the next day. They charge for a hotel identification wristband for each guest, and I paid for two. The following day, when my wife arrived, the front desk agent claimed the reservation was only for one person. Despite my explanations, they ignored me until I found the confirmation email as proof. They then tried to charge me again for the second wristband. After some discussion, I did not pay. Three days after my wife’s arrival, she left the room, and the plan was for my son to use the room as the second guest. I informed the front desk of this plan, but they said it was not possible. I explained that there would still be only two guests in the room. After consulting with someone for authorization, the staff member informed me that the system wouldn’t allow the change, but she eventually agreed and said she would send an authorization email to the front desk. However, when my son arrived at 10 PM, the email had never been sent, creating yet another issue. Fortunately, another front desk agent resolved the matter, but these are the types of problems you don’t want to face. Although listed on hotel platforms, this place seems to have its own rules and does not operate like a typical hotel. If you want your room cleaned, you need to request it daily.

Excelente edificio con apartamentos muy cómodos. Tienen todo lo necesario para una estadía corta o media. La ubicación no es la mejor. Las calles no están en buenas condiciones y de noche el lugar es un poco feo. No hay muchos comercios en la zona cercana.

This property is very near the airport, but a 15-25 minute drive to downtown, which can get complicated with traffic. However, the building has a rooftop pool and two jacuzzis with two bbq areas, with view of the beach and the airport that we enjoyed a lot. personnel in the rooftop is very polite giving great service, and offering several different drinks at reasonable prices. The apartments may be a gamble as we rented two of the two bedroom units, one of which was very modernly decorated and the other was more simple, but still good. spaces are not huge but comfortable.

They’re very accommodating. At the last minute decided to arrive one day early, they moved my reservation without charging me any fees or penalties. The room was spotless, very clean. Only thing I did not like was extra blankets and hand soap. The jacuzzi was very pretty at night. The rooftop amazing, infinity pool beautiful view. You are a bit from downtown and nova grande but I paid no more than $10 for an Uber and as low as $3 getting back and forth

El servicio al cliente fue muy bueno. Todo limpio y todo el personal fue muy servicial. Desafortunadamente solo 2 de 4 días que pagamos por café y pastries en la mañana, nos fueron entregado. Un lugar muy tranquilo para descansar y pasarlo en familia.
