“We had a great stay at the Sandman! We were greeted by Anisha upon arrival & she was lovely, ensuring we were completely satisfied with the room before confirming it for us. We had our dog with us & were grateful to be welcomed with him. As for the building condition, we recognize this is an older hotel so everything isn't shiny & new, but it was clean & nicely painted. No concerns here! I would certainly recommend this pet-friendly facility to anyone travelling to or through Williams Lake, B.C.”

“They were extremely accommodating to me when I realized I booked for the wrong date. After spending an entire day outside adventuring I wasn’t paying close enough attention and booked a one night stay that night instead of the following night. When I messaged to ask about changing it they were happy to help and quickly changed my reservation to the following day.
