“The house was a great space in a great location. 5 minute walk to town and beach, lots of parking at the house. Lovely downstairs area and bedrooms were very spacious with comfy beds. The house generally had everything you could ask for but there were a few things we ran out of that could do with looking at - we had minimal toilet paper and bin bags so had to go out and buy more and we had no hand towels in any bathrooms but we made do as drying towels are provided, we also couldn’t get the iron...

“We all loved this house. It was spacious, homely, warm and comfortable, with quality fittings and furniture and everything we could wish for to make the stay enjoyable (despite the horrible weather!) Well located too, on a quiet road but close to the town centre. The welcome cake and prosecco was a lovely touch and if we stay in Abersoch again as a family, we will certainly choose the same holiday home. ”

“We stayed along with my brother and his family - 6 adults, 2 children and one dog. The house is as described and shown in the pics. Perfect location 5 mins walk from the beach, shop, pub, takeaways. 5 min drive from Cardigan which happened to be holding a food festival on the Saturday when we popped in to get wetsuits. “Lovely spot; and as I stayed at the accommodation all day it was lovely to watch the animals and the changing skies over the sea. I did lots of drawing! The accommodation is very well equipped. The drive up the hill is a little hairy - glad we were in a robust vehicle! Barmouth is a small seaside town with lots of independent shops and cafes.”

“Light, bright spacious kitchen dining area. Good sized bedrooms. Lovely open living area with comfy sofas. The garden is a bonus for drying wetsuits or, more importantly, sitting out in of an evening with a beer or two. The property has its own parking area alongside the house, separate from the car park, which you wouldn’t know was there without looking. A really quiet area within 2 minutes stroll the town centre.”

“We had a wonderful stay. Lots of nice personalised touches. Facilities and location were great. The only thing i can fault is the listing said there was a hot tub and upon arrival this was not the case. Which is a shame as this was a major reason of us booking. However, we would definitely stay again it was wonderful. ”

“Beautifully set out and accessible too, which was important for us as a first trip away after my partner suffered a stroke. The host was available to answer questions and also allowed us to leave at our leisure which made such a difference when showering/dressing needs extra time. “Stayed at the converted watermill with my husband for his 50th birthday with friends. From the time we drove up to the property we were amazed how stunning it was aswell as the location, the views were out of this world and the perfect place to relax and unwind which was exactly what we wanted.Extremely well equipped with everything you require for your stay and Ruth the owner was extremely helpful and accommodating. We will definitely be rebookung at some point next year it was just magical...
