Unfortunately I had'nt taken a screenshot of the offer when we made the booking.
When we booked this accommodation the offer included a pool without restrictions.
When we asked for pictures of it, as there weren't on homeaway, the lady from the local service (Elbabnb Unique Locations) sent me a few and mentioned "about the pool we have to ask the owner about the rules to use it".
Once in the accommodation she then told us that the use of the pool is not wanted by the owner and restricted to him. She rejected my complaint this to be part of the booking and asked me for any proof of this.
Had the pool not been part of the quote, my request for pictures of it would have been answered with "a pool is not part of the booking".
On homeway's complaints phone they could not help me, because even there I needed to proof this.
This isn't aceptable, because homeway should be able to look up what exactly was part of the offer at the time of the booking.
The one who changed the offer after March will know that we've been cheated about this.
The owner was at least as kind as to agree using the pool daily from 9 to 11am. But this is far away from what we'd booked and what we'd paid for.
About the accommodation:
As you can see from the pictures, it is a very well-maintained and beautiful accommodation, with a few limitations.
From the terrace you have a really impressive view of Capo di Stella and the sea, as long as you keep standing. If you sit down you can hardly see the sea because of the vegetation, which is a bit of a pitty.
4G and wifi are very poor.
