“We had a wonderful stay. Property was very clean and great location in Cap Cana. The owner did not give us the details of the check in process until after we were meant to check in- which led to a rough experience. Make sure to get the QR code and house code BEFORE you arrive in the DR. Otherwise, she was helpful and responsive for the rest of the stay. Missing amenities like dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, extra trash bags, napkins/paper towels,”

“Overall a very good experience. The property was well maintained including the pool. The unit was very clean. Two slightly negatives that did not overly affect out stay: 1) the clothes drier does not seem to work 2) the dampness in the unit was excessive even with a dehumidifier running half of the day.”
