“Fantastic hotel; we chose a Front Ocean room and it was the best decision ever. The view was second to none. All the staff was great, and the hotel's installations were fantastic. “Although we were disappointed that we were not notified of the property change from Margaritaville to Dreams Cap Cana, we loved the property. “ARE YOU KIDDING ME???! the property was closed and you didn't even know!!!! After one and half hour searching for the property that nobody knew, plus an hour trying to get it sort out with your rep over the phone ...THAT WAS NO HELP AT ALL... you have the audacity to send two emails asking how my trip was??? I have been doing business with expedia for the longest time and to tell you the truth my last 2 experiences have bee awful! GET TO KNOW YOUR PROPERTIES!!!! hire more staff to get better...
