Dålig incheckning
"Sämsta incheckningen någonsin.
Rummet var inte klart när vi kom, på utsatt tid. Dom hävdade att det inte måste vara klart vid incheckningstid. Vi fick inte heller någon tid när det skulle vara klart.
I övrigt ett okej hotel, lite slitet. Övrig personal, förutom receptionen, var bra."
