I had a stay for four nights and add booked 2 rooms.
I would say that my overall experience was average.
The rooms were clean and well equipped, but very small in size and smelled a little off but i would say were clean.
I found the service to be poor. I had couple instances where I had to ask for the same thing two or three times and then would get it.
I was supposed to get complimentary beers which I had to ask for and was told that I would receive on the first day, but never received it until I asked for it again the following day.
Then coming onto to the breakfast buffet the service is slow again. I also had a experience where I had asked for a particular item. I never received it for the day and end up leaving for the day. Have to ask for simple thing like forks and knives to multiple waiters before actually getting it.
For room service I ordered a desert, which was supposed to come with ice cream, but never came with it and when I asked them about the ice cream, they didn’t even know that it came with ice cream until I argued about what it said on the menu.
I did had a chat with one of the managers there he was pretty helpful and made it up for the experience but the whole point is why do I have to approach a manager for my experience.
Overall, I would say the rooms are decent clean, average Marriott quality. But the service is not at par.
