“Gorgeous property and location. Nice rooms but missing fundamentals for a 5 star hotel...for example, ice bucket, possibility to make coffee or tea, etc. Also disappointed at the system for reserving lounge chairs around the pool. Nearly everything is taken before 9am by guests who belong to certain clubs, or who pay more, which seems unfair to guests who already pay a premium to stay at such a resort.”

It also did not have any info at the place about the area which restaurants were part of the facility, cool things to do etc. things like that really add to a stay and would have been appreciated. ”
