“Alegranza is nice. However the restaurant has been closed for almost a year and the pools aren’t heated. Lounge chairs are awful. The listing is not accurate. This is not a resort type of location. Bug issue in the unit was resolved nicely and quickly. It was a good location to be able to walk to town and hotels. There is no beach access nearby.”

Agréable si les 2 suites sont occupés par votre famille/amis à cause des espaces communs/terrasse sans intimité. Les espaces partagés donnent accès à l’appartement du propriétaire et leurs amis passent par là. Il y a une caméra qui vise notre terrasse, on se sent regardé. Une seule possibilité durant 7 jours pour prendre un bain tourbillon. Téléviseurs non fonctionnels durant 4 jours et seulement...

“Amazing little private place. Love the outdoor kitchen and shower. Short walk to little town with about 4 restaurants so not much choices. Bring your food and drinks if you want anything else as there is t much here. We never locked our doors. Super safe to walk around. Beaches to explore are absolutely amazing. Junior has everything you need for the beach and snorkelling. Superb. Super comfy beds and great wifi. So quiet and peaceful. ”

“This condo was everything it was described as and more. So clean and roomy and comfortable. But the view was just outstanding! The host was very easy to reach and was so helpful. Being able to use the beach club was also a great experience! Great food amazing service and again the pool and the view did not disappoint. I will definitely be staying there again next time I’m in Cabo.”

“Beautiful property on the golf course with a private pool and lush greenery surrounding you. A short walk to downtown and all the shop’s restaurants and Art Walk is only a 10-15 minute walk. We enjoyed making our breakfast and coffee mornings in the the fully stocked kitchen and a few BBQs in the evenings on the outdoor grill. Great grocery stores nearby for all your needs! Don is a great host and we will definitely be back!! 😎😎”

“John was an excellent host! This unit was nicely refreshed with new appliances, beach towels and beach chairs and a good cooler. It’s a five minute walk to the beach, 20 minutes walk to San Jose town. Lovely restaurant around. The water purification is a bonus not to have to drag water jugs upstairs. We will go back again.”

“Our family stayed over Xmas 2024! 10 adults 4 children under the age of 4. Everything was spectacular! The golf carts were a great addition getting us around the neighborhood and to the beach club! The beach club was terrific but on check in I was informed the “good news” that we were able to use the club which I didn’t know was not a given. Maybe need to be more specific that the beach club might not be available. We used to club a lot and was a highlight! San Jose de Cabo is such a cool town!...
