Detached 102 m² house. First floor. Living room with kitchenette, freezer. 3 bedrooms: 3 x 140cm beds and 1 crib. Shower room with WC. Separate WC. Wifi available in the house. Reversible air-conditioning in each bedroom and in the living room. Garage. Fenced garden with wooden fences, swing.
Additional costs to be paid on site:
- End cleaning: must be done by travelers or may be available for an additional 60 euros.
- Towels: must be brought by guests or may be available for an additional 3 euros per person to be paid on site.
- Bed linen: must be brought by guests or may be available for an additional 15 euros per room
- Electricity: 8 kWh per day is included in the price, any consumption in excess of this will be billed.
- 1 pet is accepted at an additional cost of 15 euros per stay
Parking is available on site.
