Our home is self contained ,fully furnished and offers an affordable stay for families,couples,
groups or work based stays for short term bookings

Unlimited fast Free wifi and smart tv in the main lounge has Netflix to keep you entertained

It has plenty of private parking, and an enclosed large secure back yard so your dog/s are welcomed
Please let me know when booking if you intend to bring pets,each pet is $50 each per stay.

All beds /mattresses are brand new and all linen, pillows & fresh towels are included.The main bedroom features a roller shutter for complete light blockout

Large cosy comfortable lounge room with plenty of seating & has Aircon/heating

Large dinning/meals area for 8

Large fully appointed kitchen with fridge,freezer oven, toaster,kettle & microwave (Tea coffee ,fresh milk are always on offer)

Another separate seating area across from the kitchen with lounges ,bar stools,tv and has Air con/ heating

Laundry with new washing machine,dryer,iron & ironing board & clothes airer

Situated in the sought after South Bunbury our home is in a lovely quiet Neighbourhood which is perfectly located close to many of Bunbury's popular places.

Back beach just 3 mins drive away

SJOG & Bunbury regional hospital are just one minute drive

Bunbury Turf club is a 3 min drive or 15 min walk

Just 5 minutes drive to Bunbury's CBD where you can shop ,eat, drink and be entertained with Time zone and the Grand cinemas.

You are just a 2 mins drive to the local shops gyms, Parks Centre which houses amenities such as Coles, MacDonald's, Kmart, Pharmacy , newsagents ,liquor store and more.

The very popular must see Bunbury Farmers market is just 9 minutes drive away.

If you are planning a day trip down south to
Stunning Busselton it's just over 30 minute drive or glorious Margaret river is just over1hr drive.

Don't forget the southwest sports centre if the kids are wanting a swim in the local pools & hay park is just a super close 2 mins drive away.
Please note we have a security camera located at the front entrance of the property which has views of the driveway and front door only -for our own security when the house is vacant .Please do not touch ,turn off or tamper with the camera or a call out fee will be charged to the guest.

Perfect Stay
Wonderful property and the perfect size for our family on our holiday. House was extremely clean and well pre-pared. Easy to access and everything was laid out, the communication between us and the host was great, and felt like we didn’t have to hesitate to ask for anything if we needed. Awesome property in Bunbury
We had the best time on our trip to Bunbury. The property was fantastic and so well kitted out for families. Tracey the host was incredibly helpful. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a property to stay. We would love to stay again on our next trip to WA!
