“This location is close to everything, is quiet, and feels very safe. The house is very clean and has everything that is needed and the beds were comfortable. There were several broken things including the ceiling fan in the master bedroom, broken tiles in the bathroom, the faucet in the shower came off, the TV was difficult to navigate, and the internet went out the last few hours of our stay. “Loved this little cabin, the fireplaces in living and master were great with the cold weather! Cabin is like in pictures. Didn’t use upstairs bedrooms but would be great for small family. Only negative was there was no kitchen towels/washcloths but made due with other bathrooms towels to dry etc.Will return again!”

“We liked that the location is not I. Downtown Sedona where it is conjested and busy. Quiet and cozy. ”

“The condo was nice and clean in an amazing location. Close to stores, restaurants and maybe 20 minutes drive to downtown Sedona. ”

“Great, clean, and well appointed condo. Great location, plus nice grocery store and eateries just across the street. Well recommend.”

“The condo appears to have been recently remodeled and the furniture appears new and very clean. It had everything we needed for a four night stay. The condo was very clean when we arrived. It has tv's in the living room and the bedroom. A couple of things to mention, the unit is not accessed directly from the parking lot, it is on the back side of the building and the laundry equipment is not in the unit. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Sedona.”

The property itself was super clean on our arrival and well equipped with the amenities we needed. Super quiet as well. This will be our go to place to stay on our future trips to Sedona”

“Unfortunately weather kept us from using the property. Heater was underwhelming. It never fully functioned despite a visit from maintenance who told us that it had to be on ‘auto’ to work. The output never changed despite his insistence. Property was as advertised and in better weather the heater would likely not be an issue. ”
