“I've never stayed in a houseboat before so this stay was a blast for me. Loved the floating home 'hood, the uniqueness of the suite, the welcome birthday balloons 😊 and the comfy bed. It was a short waterfront walk to Lonsdale Quay, Seabus and The Shipyards. The host, Marilyse, was quick to answer my questions. Highly recommend! ”

“Pearl was friendly, knowledgeable and quick to respond to pick ups and information. Houseboat was warm and clean when we arrived. Only issue we had was the heater was not working properly (which Pearl warned us about) but it was quite a dangerous situation as flames we coming out from behind the heater and making the heater black. We were worried about it starting a fire so we pointed it out to Pearl. Would also be really nice to have a covered place to sit outside like a canopy. Due to rain we...

“We were excited to stay on a boat again, as we had done in Boston and had loved it. Upon arrival, we noticed this boat was older, which i have no problem with, but it was dirty overall. We did not use the kitchen (which would have been great for just having breakfast in, at least). Coffee pot was at least 30 years old and looked it (we had one early in our marriage). The sponge in the kitchen was old and has hair on it. I found 2 orthodontic rubber bands on the floor, one by the dining room...

“What a wonderful experience! We came over in the middle of a storm, in the dark, sopping wet after driving 7 hours so we were very happy to cuddle up under a blanket when we arrived! We were upgraded to a larger float home and got to watch every type of weather happen right outside our front door! So happy to have been able to bring our dogs. ”
