Huge hilltop house, Ideal for a few families

This stylish architect designed beach house sleeps up to 16 guests & offers sweeping views of Moreton Bay. It is ideal for multiple families, with its three levels and several living areas. It boasts six generously sized bedrooms including three with en-suites and one with a corner spa. The upper level has a parents retreat, along with a kitchenette/bar ideal for watching the sun set over Moreton Bay. The ground level features a rumpus area complete with pool table, lounge, high bar & tv.

This home has a northerly aspect located at the top of the hill and efficiently captures cool breezes. It is perched above Tangalooma Wild Dolphin Resort and guests can access the resort via the stairs, however it is easier to access with a 4WD.

Open plan living and dining on the middle level; Multiple glass doors ensure our guests enjoy relaxed indoor-outdoor living between the kitchen, lounge, barbeque deck, and formal dining. A well-equipped kitchen includes dishwasher, oven, large cook top, 2 x fridge/freezers and family sized pantry. A Breville Essenza Mini Pod Coffee Machine (BEC250SIL) is also available for guest use, however guests will need to provide their own pods. This machine uses Nespresso compatible capsules/pods - original size.

Our guests can use all resort facilities during their stay, including cafes, restaurants, heated pools, playground, shop, resort activities and tours (excluding dolphin feeding). Whale watching, tobogganing, helicopter and quad bike tours are just a few of the popular activities that are available through the resort.
This nicely presented home is quite quirky with a feel of beach and Bali inside. There are 2 bedrooms in this property both with king size beds and built in wardrobes, one of the bedrooms upstairs has an ensuite, plus a double sofa couch in the lounge room. There is a second bathroom downstairs. Great sized lounge room with Balinese furniture and a TV, lounge area opens out on the deck. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, gas stove top/oven, microwave, combined kitchen/dining area.

Linen hire is not included, if guests wish to hire sheets, towels, pillowcases and have made beds up prior to arrival, there is an additional fee of $50.00 per person not included in the nightly rates or clean fee.
