"Overall good service. The hotel has thin walls as all noise outside the room travelled in. Bathroom needs renovation as there were a lot of water damage. View from window was a brick wall, not that nice."

"Was back in Glasgow for an unexpected visit, have stayed in the hotel before. The location is perfect to move around. Caitlin at reception is a superstar, the management should do everything they can to keep her. The service and support she gave was out of this world and would justify a 5 star hotel. ..."
