“The whole booking was a complete disaster as our accommodation that was booked and paid for in April 2024 was double booked so we failed to have a holiday at all at the last minute ie. cancelled on 23/12/2024.The only positive thing in the whole drama was that our oayment was refunded in full immediately. It’s a shame I can’t get the 5 hours I spent on the phone on 23/12 and disappointed I had to tell all my family that the holiday was cancelled. ”

“The property people were very helpful and accomodating. They were very friendly. Location is perfect, short walk to the beach. Our dog loved it. My biggest issue is the cleanliness of the house. We had to vacuum the house upon arrival. I understand that the house is old but a deep clean is much needed to freshen the inside of the house.”
