NYLIGEN LISTAD! 2 BD / 2 BTH LYXIG, kabin mysiga lägenhet

Nyligen listade med många uppgraderingar. En sann berg reträtt med återvunna lada trä väggar, granit bänkskivor, två fulla bad, bekvämligheter i överflöd och kabin mysiga komfort hela. 6 sovplatser. Ski hela dagen koppla sedan framför den öppna spisen. Din familj kan njuta av brädspel, filmer, pussel, böcker och mycket mer! Ingen rökning / husdjur.

White Bear ligger tvärs över gatan från stadshuset på kullen med utsikt över den majestätiska Brian Head landsbygden. Ligger tvärs över gatan från Giant Steps Ski Lodge - en lätt ski, gå eller en kort bilresa.

Vi finns på första våningen med intilliggande garage.

Layout:
Huvudnivån: Kök, matplats, vardagsrum, sovrum och badrum # 1 ligger på första våningen. Det stora sovrummet är möblerat med dubbelsäng. Badrum, inklusive badkar / dusch. Däck med plats för två (2). Garage och utanför tillgång.

Botten Nivå: Avancerad sovrum och badrum # 2 ligger på bottenvåningen. Det andra sovrummet är möblerat med våningssängar (Full - botten, Twin - topp) samt en rulla. Badrum, inklusive badkar / dusch.

Living Room - TV, kabel, matsalsbord med plats för fyra bekvämt.

Kök - alla apparater, inklusive en diskmaskin, kaffebryggare, brödrost, kryddor etc. Granit bänk med fyra (4) barstolar.

Badrum # 1 - badkar och dusch, toalett och fåfänga.

Badrum # 2 - badkar och dusch, toalett och fåfänga.

Vinter: Utförsåkning och snowboard tvärs över gatan, med bekväm tillgång till Giant Steps Lodge. Dessutom miles längdåknings och skoterleder i hela området. Brian Head har också en snowtubing och pulkabacke för barn och vuxna.

Sommar: Några av de bästa vandring och mountainbike spår Utah har att erbjuda. Ta en tur upp stollift och njuta av utsikten som 11.000 fot har att erbjuda. Ta ditt spö och rulle för en dag av fiske på de närliggande sjöarna. ATV spår som ligger i hela området.

I närheten av nationalparker och monument - Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon National Park, och Cedar Breaks National Monument är bara en kort bilresa bort.

Welcome home!
Loved our stay. Cozy and comfortable.Very grateful for the garage. We were there for the snowstorm and it was nice that our truck (Chevy Silverado) fit in the garage for easy loading and unloading.Also thankful for the city plows keeping the roads clear. We did have to put the chains on but not too bad to do in that warm garage!Close to everything, well stocked, and welcoming. The carpet was a little "tired" and used, but overall a very nice condo! Thank you.

Get Away to Brian Head
We loved the rustic feel of this place. The wood on the walls makes it feel like you are staying in cabin! My teen sons both loved and it wished they had a place just like it. It felt cozy even though there was room to spread out for the 4 of us.

Great weekend getaway
Our stay at this property was great. Nice and easy. Well stocked, as the listing says. The ease of moving in and out with the garage was the best! Pull right in and unload. The kitchen was ample and the sleeping arrangements worked great. Thanks for the nice and easy getaway!

Perfect for families!!!
This was an amazing condo that comfortably fit my family of 5. It was well stocked, clean and so cozy. Having the garage was such a HUGE bonus with skiing. Super close to the mountain and the shuttle was reliable and easy to use. I would have zero hesitation going back to this property! It was perfect!

Quick Ski Trip
Overall, this is a great property. The kitchen is very well stocked (and actually organized) for all of your cooking needs. The condo is quaint and very cozy. It has plenty of room to spread out for the four of us as well. The cleanliness of the property is our only complaint. The cleaning crew did not wipe down the tables (as evidenced by the plastic christmas tree needles still on the coffee table when we arrived) - in this day and age of covid, this is something I would expect to have happened. The bathroom light has not been dusted in quite some time. There were still towels hanging behind the bathroom door from the previous guests. And the carpet needs to be cleaned and/or replaced - especially since the owner wants you to remove your shoes.

Perfect Place at a rural location. The apartment is very clean, spacial and well equipped. Everyone comes to south Utah will not expect many dining and groceries, so location is not a big issue

Great Condo, Great Trip
The Condo was exactly as it was advertised. The layout, the beds and the provided amenities were great. Had plenty of room for our family of 5 with 3 kids under the age of 8. Even with all the snow, the daily snow plow made sure we had access in and out of the garage, and the in condo washer and dryer was great. We plan on booking this condo again in the summer and for next winter.

Great Place
We loved our stay at this cabin. It is beautiful and Lynne was very responsive when we reached out to her. We are looking forward to returning to this property again. Also, it was so nice having a private garage to park in. We drove a Toyota Tundra and fit in the garage just fine.

COZY CONDO
We enjoyed our stay at the condo in Brian Head. There is a view of the mountain from the living room. The condo is quiet and well-stocked, and it is about a fifteen-minute walk to the main lift at Giant steps. I had a question about something while at the condo and texted the owners; I received a call from them within 10 minutes and remedied the issue. The garage will fit a larger SUV. Unfortunately, my Ford full-size F-250 TREMOR was about an inch too tall to do in the garage. However, the city provides several lots for overnight parking just down the hill, about a 10-minute walk. We would stay here again if given the opportunity.

Great condo
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. It's comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. They provided coffee supplies, a few snacks and have a well-stocked kitchen. Bedrooms were comfortable. We also enjoyed the variety of games to play together when we weren't enjoying the snow!

Great for small families!
Beautiful condo and great location right between giant steps and Navajo. Lynne was super responsive and helpful. We had some trouble locating the garage (our mistake), figuring out the fireplace (thermostat on wall controls it!), and the tv (football was on! Lynne quickly solved that one as well). Great layout for our family of four with a 5 and 7 year old. Well stocked home with EXTREMELY comfortable beds - seriously the best I’ve ever had at any VRBO - and some nice welcoming touches. The garage is huge and super convenient to have when the snow is coming down. Unfortunately our truck was just a tiny bit too tall to fit, but we just parked outside of it and all was well. We will definitely be staying again!

My family had a great time in Brian Head. The 5 of us had plenty of room. The property was clean and fully stocked with amenities. The property was very close to the ski lifts. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect place to stay!
The condo exceeded our expectations! Thanks to owner for their hospitality and we would definitely book again. The location was perfect, the condo was clean, and the condo complex was especially quiet and relaxing. Having the garage for parking was a definite plus and we enjoyed the game collection. I highly recommend this condo, it’s was one of the best we have ever stayed at.

Wonderful condo and perfect location for southern Utah sights. No complaints whatsoever. I had trouble operating lockbox that holds the keys. This could have just been me - owners were helpful at check in and check out time.

Perfect Skiing Spring Break Location
What a perfect location. Right in between the 2 ski lodges and near everything you need for a great vacation. Loved the decor of the condo. One of the best stocked kitchens I've seen in a VRBO rental. Plenty of nearby activities plus games and puzzles for family time. Very family oriented. Will definitely be back!

Best Brian Head Stay
We have been visiting Brian Head for the past five years; we are a snowboarding family. This stay has been the best by far. The ease and timeliness of Host Lynne was best in class! All the amenities of home from dishes, tools, toiletries to bedding, throw blankets and pillows were abundant and of quality. My family of 5 was comfortable and grateful for the garage parking!

Great Stay and Great Property
Everything about this stay was great. Property was very clean, very nicely decorated and Kitchen has everything you could need. Lynne does a great job adding nice touches for her guests. Beds were comfortable as was the living room furniture. Location is close to both lodges. The only thing we wished was that the living room TV was a smart TV for NETFLIX. We would love to stay here again!
