“On arrival the restaurant was closed and upon asking the receptionist o was told there is no restaurant near by . The room was never cleaned and dirty towel was put back on the rail. Room was noisy at tines with main villa door being shut and people coming in and out also dog being left in next door room. The restaurant staff didn’t speak English. I ordered some food and I was offered microwave chicken and raw fish where I ordered a glass of wine , I was only offered a full bottle. Upon asking...

“We stayed here at the beginning of September. Basic hotel. Clean. Good price. Strange breakfast where you got to choose between 4 almost similar versions of breakfast which they then bring you in. 30 minutes walk from Old town Parking space in the small hotel courtyard. The high rating that we give is because of the amazing service that we received from the front desk staff Adrian who makes us want to stay in the hotel next time we visit Braşov. He puts the guests' wellbeing before everything...

“The main issue because of which I did not rate 5 stars was the lack of hot water (the water heater was not working, error code on display). The area looks kind of remote (new development) but is easy to go to downtown by car.”
