Nice vacation
We had a good time, and the property was mostly as listed. It was just a bit further from the beach than we were expecting, but still very beautiful. The pool was nice to have as well!

Amazing Time In Providenciales..
Iliana was a great host. I would definitely stay here again. The beach is very close by, the walk was only about ten minutes. There can be a lot of stairs so prepare for that. Loved all the restaurants nearby, favorites were Baci and Mango Reef.

10/10 I definitely recommend!
My stay as this Vrbo definitely exceeded my expectations. The place is clean, quiet and beautifully decorated with a breathtaking view. Iliana is an extremely attentive, responsive and compassionate host. She's provides all the little things and necessities that you need to enjoy a nice day at the beach, which is awesome! The place provides a sense of tranquility that makes it hard to leave. I definitely look forward to visiting again!

Clean & Beautiful Condo near the beach
We really enjoyed our short stay at this beautiful condo! We wish we would have stayed here for the complete duration of our time on Providenciales. From the very beginning, Iliana was a joy to work with. I was having issues communicating through my VRBO app. Once I contacted her through WhatsApp, we had no trouble speaking with each other. Her place is quaint (studio condo) but beautiful - it feels like you are at home the moment you walk through the door. The space was perfect for the 4 of us. We didn't spend much time there, but when we did, none of us felt there wasn't room to lounge comfortably. The walk to the beach is a little bit of a trek, but very doable. The beach is quite and very beautiful. I'd recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice place to stay on the island.

25th Anniversary Vow Renewal
This was the perfect location! The picturesque view of Grace Bay was stunning and a nice way to start our day sitting on the balcony sipping coffee. The condo is in an ideal location that is only a 5-7 minute drive to the beach. The property was very clean and had all amenities we needed to unpack and feel right at home. Our host, Iliana, was very accessible and even offered to stop by when we could not get the television to work. The television worked fine, it was user error! We were celebrating our 25th anniversary and she made us feel special by remembering from a previous chat. Overall, you cannot go wrong if you book this property, it will guarantee you a wonderful vacation on your trip in paradise. May 2024

This property was just as advertised-immaculate and beautiful with a great view of the ocean. The owners were extremely helpful in preparing us for our stay and were very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. Tropical Perfection!
We spent 5 nights in Turks and Caicos. We debated going the all inclusive route but decided we wanted to try local spots without feeling like we were wasting money. So glad we did! We rented a car and this property was the perfect place for exploring the island. Centrally located with easy access to tons of restaurants and beaches. The property was immaculate. Better than we expected. I always lower my expectations from what I see in the listing pictures but in this case the pictures don’t do the property justice. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and we loved starting and finishing our day taking in the view. You won’t be disappointed!

Wonderful Condo Perfect for Two
The condo is exquisitely decorated and has everything you need, including beach towels, chairs, cooler and snorkel gear. We had timely communication with the owner, who was very accommodating. The view from the balcony is spectacular! There are 6 restaurants within 5-10 minutes walking distance.

The property was Beautiful. Went for my 40th Birthday. It was nice, clean and quiet. The host was very nice, I told her about a WiFi problem and she came rite over.. She has beach chairs and umbrellas. Basically almost everything you would need. A couple things you should know. You’ll have to walk up tons of stairs. I would suggest getting a rental or asking the office staff for taxi numbers. They don’t have transportation waiting outside of the place. There are a couple restaurants within walking distance. Some are closed on Sundays.

Perfect snorkeling location
Great property and great location! We especially loved the beach right jearby. It was every bit as beautiful as Grace Bay but without the crowds and with great snorkeling. The host was wonderful and went above and beyond to offer recommendations of where to eat, car rental, etx.she was prompt to reply to emails and questions as well. The property was cleanand had everything we needed from beach chairs, towels, snorkel gear, umbrella. Would definitely retur. Here!!

Vacation in Paradise
This is a beautiful property, conveniently located, with a host that provides all of the little details to make your stay smooth and flawless.The large balcony that views the ocean is priceless. The host makes checking in and out seamless, providing all of the details regarding the property. The condo is conveniently located to three restaurants, Turtle Cove Marina, Bight Reef(which is amazing),and Smith's Reef. It is also a short drive to Grace Bay. I have traveled and used VRBO alot and this is my absolute favorite accommodation. Thank you Iliana ☺️

Excellent property, great location
We loved the resort location of the condo. The pools were excellent and we met so many interesting people. Two different beaches are in walking distance and the property was everything my wife and two boys needed for an excellent vacation.

Perfect Paradise
This place was great! Easy to get to, fantastic view of the ocean and the pool right below. Perfectly sized and located right around the corner from the marina and a quick drive to the main areas of Grace Bay. The grocery store was minutes away so was able to get food and cook everyday. Communication with Iliana was flawless. Great directions to get inside and felt very secure on the property.
