Du kommer absolut älska det här varma, moderna hemmet i skogen. Du kommer att njuta av blixtsnabba internet och omfattande TV-val, medan du kopplar av hemma. Det är perfekt för en familjesemester till bergen och bekvämt för affärsresenärer. Det ligger nära Appalachian State University, flera parker, vandring, Rocky Knob för mountainbike etc.

Den övre våningen lägenhet erbjuder 2 sovrum och 2 badrum. Den första våningen sovrummet har en uppsättning våningssängar med en dubbelsäng på botten och en enkelsäng på toppen. Det finns en promenad i duschen och tvättmöjligheter på första våningen badrum också.

Loftet sovrummet har en elegant queen size-säng och stora walk in closets. Det finns ett badrum med dusch / badkar i kombination.

Köket har alla moderna bekvämligheter. Det är upplagt med allt du behöver för din vistelse, inklusive grundläggande varma frukostartiklar, en Keurig kaffebryggare, te, socker och ett stort urval kryddor.

Vardagsrummet har en stor platt-TV med en Firestick och Alexa. Netflix, Amazon Prime Video och Hulu med Live TV finns tillgängliga. Internet är mycket snabbt, 200 MBps.

Uppkörningen är måttligt brant. På vintern skulle ett fyrhjuligt fordon vara idealiskt. Parkering är tillåten i slutet av gatan när vädret är isigt / snöigt.

Det finns hyresgäster i lägenheten nedan. Observera att buller efter kl 11 måste hållas på ett minimum.

Wonderful Stay
We had a lovely stay at this property. We were in town for our daughter’s December graduation from App State. The property was the perfect location and large enough for our family to be comfortable. We liked being able to eat our meals at the home and found the kitchen to be well equipped. We wish we had found this gem our daughter’s freshman year! We would have stayed often throughout her time at App State!!

Exploring Boone
We came to Boone to explore the university campus and attend the Saturday football game. The rental was perfect for our trip and found everything as expected. Our host was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay again when we are back in Boone.

Spacious and excellent location
Kitchen was well stocked. Nice having so much space in addition to roomy bedrooms and baths. Only downside was parking. With the extra room, we hoped to have family visit but we couldn't fit more than one car (glad our oldest didn't drive separately from college) and with two cars at the lower unit it was a little difficult to get out of the steep driveway. Not ideal but not a deal breaker! Had a great weekend that the owner helped us reschedule after Hurricane Helene affected our original trip. Very grateful for that!

Great little spot to weekend!
This place was great. The location in the woods feels as though you're ever from civilization, but you're really just around the corner. Beautiful house, comfy and cozy. Will definitely be returning here when returning to the area!

Great hideaway - convenient to Mountaineer Village
We booked to move our daughter into Mountaineer Village. It was very close to her new place. Well stocked kitchen for cooking needs, enough room for all of us, and great views of nature. We will book again!

Very Nice Condo
The owner was very responsive to my emails and texts. Slight issue with the keypad but owner was available by text to solve the problem. The kitchen was well stocked and the condo was very clean and nicely furnished. We thoroughly enjoyed the front porch. There is no air conditioning in the upstairs bedroom, and that would have been a deal-breaker for us if we had known. This fact should be noted in the description because it was very warm upstairs. Thankfully there were only two of us, and we used the downstairs bedroom. We enjoyed our stay and would rent again...in cooler weather.

Close to Boone - comfortable stay!
The property location is fabulous! A little outside of Boone, so it is quiet and secluded. A very easy drive into town. We were visiting our son at App State and the trip to campus was about 9 minutes. The house is big enough for a family of 4 or 5 to stay comfortably. Great amenities in the kitchen and the property is well kept. Top of the driveway is a bit steep, but workable. Will definitely stay again next time we're in Boone!

Spacious, accommodating, would return
This stay was incredible. My friends and I were coming from Florida driving through the night and the host was very accommodating and let us check in early. The space was larger than expected and was more than enough space for the 5 of us. The two bathrooms was very helpful as we came for a ski trip and needed to be quick with the showers. App ski mountain was only a 15 minute drive and everything else central in Boone was less than 10 minutes away. A great coffee shop and climbing gym is only a 20 minute walk or 2 minute drive. The place was fully equipped for any needs we had, especially the kitchen was in great condition and even had a large Brita filter. We would absolutely come back.

amazing vacation rental
We absolutely loved the property. If I could give it double the stars for cleanliness, I would. Place was immaculate -- i walked on the carpet with white socks on and my socks remained white! Kitchen is well stocked, fridge is also super clean. Light switches are labeled, which I thought was very neat. The house is situated in a residential area on a mountain and gives you the feeling that you are in a remote location, yet its within 10 min drive to Walmart and Food Lion in either direction. The owners were easy to communicate with and very responsive. To summarize, everything in the house was convenient, which allowed us to pay attention to our leisure time. I would definitely stay here again.

Great fall family vacation
The place was a little hard to find in the dark, but other than that it was a FANTASTIC weekend in the mountains!!! Brilliant fall foliage right outside the windows - and a clean, comfortable, totally functional space for the five of us (we just brought a sleeping bag for our sofa sleeper). The upstairs master bedroom suite was spacious and beautifully appointed. Downstairs owners were so nice and accommodating - we will definitely stay here again!!! Five stars /full marks / A+!!!

More spacious than anticipated. Private and quiet neighborhood. Easy to find. Far enough from town that u escape the hustle and bustle of campus but close enough to be inviting for dinners and shopping. Hosts r very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect for my family
We had a great stay here. We cooked a lot at the house and the kitchen amenities were great for that. We had little ones with us and it was a good fit for them - not a lot for them to get into trouble with and a good front porch for them to play on. Communication was great as we had a couple questions during our stay. Overall, very happy with the stay.

Quiet yet close
This property was fantastic, we did a short term stay for work and they had all the amenities for living we could need. Extra sheets, towels, a fully stocked kitchen! The property is quiet, near the end of a street, but only 6 minutes from down town! The property manager is quick to respond with any type of need. It was an absolute dream to stay here and was perfect for our needs.
