"The hotel was quite okay, but definitely overpriced. The service staff was not at all service-oriented and seemed completely inexperienced. They were shocked to see people with different skin tones, which is utterly strange. I visited the spa and fitness area. The spa and gym were acceptable, and the massage was expensive but worth the money since the masseuses were skilled. However, the person in charge was utterly incompetent. He constantly tried to force more treatments on me even though I had already booked a massage. When I refused, he became really unpleasant and started badmouthing me with a colleague in Turkish, and he also expressed himself in a racist manner. The stay was quite okay, but it was completely ruined by the salesperson in the spa area. I recommend the train its staff and get rid of such individuals. We will definitely not visit the hotel again."
