“We had a great stay at Big Meadows lodge. Staff was helpful and the rooms were nice and tidy. Good that you could have something to eat at the pub and nice with some live music (Lisbeth and Casey)! ”

“Property was meet all expectations! Absolutely an amazing experience overall. Bartenders at the resort, not so much..customer service definitely needs improvement. Bartenders are instrumental in kicking off the vibe for the nigh however, the interaction we had seemed more like we were a bother. ”

“We went for a quick getaway, and are already planning a longer trip back with our kids. The staff were so helpful (we forgot all our toiletries) and the setting was gorgeous. It’s a lodge in a national park, not a luxury retreat in Aspen, so accommodations fit the setting, but all in all we were really happy. The only ding is that the mattress wasn’t *great* but we were fine. ”
