“Very nice, clean and comfortable stay for one night in Black Mountain. Staff was friendly and helpful. ”

“Dirt road/drive. Not a lot of room for navigation, but enough room to move around. The house was quaint and perfect. Check in was an envelope left on a table. Perfect! Serves a purpose for a one night stay. No refrigerator and limited outlets. Would stay again!”

“Perfect for our 2 night stay. Nothing fancy…clean and safe. Less than a mile walk to downtown. Great breakfast across the street. Allows dogs and has a nice grassy area outside of our door. We would definitely visit again. ”

“We had a great stay. Kelley was communicative about the details and responded to questions in a timely manner. Location was convenient to downtown Black Mountain. The only issue is the lack of cell phone service, which not a fault of the property, just stating so others are aware. You have to use WiFi calling. I recommend this property for your next visit to the Black Mountain area.”

“The place was fantastic and one of the few places I’ve been to that the pictures actually reflect the place. It is a vacation for rest and relaxation. 5 bedrooms with a full bath in each. I half bath a long side of the great room. It’s like having 5 hotel rooms for the price of 1 luxury room. Except you are all together with full kitchen stocked with everything you need. I can’t say enough about his place. Not much to do in Ashville but drive a little and there’s plenty around. 10 stars. ”

“Lawrence Tech Men’s Lacrosse traveled south during Spring Break to play games against opponents in Georgia and North Carolina. The property was exactly what we were looking for! Plenty of bed space and large rooms to gather in. Checking in and out was a breeze and the property manager, Kelley, communicated everything we needed to know. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!”
