IF YOU ARE A LOCAL GUEST: Your reservations require approval. If you do not contact us before booking to get your reservation approved, please message us with the reason for your stay. This will help us determine if we can accommodate you. Please note that until your reservation is approved, we reserve the right to cancel your stay at any time.


Security Cameras: Any attempt to tamper with or damage the outdoor cameras, including disabling, covering, or blocking, will result in a repair fee of $100 per camera/violation and immediate eviction from the property without a refund.

Checking in early/late instructions: Early check-ins and late check-outs are possible based on availability. The price is $35 per hour with a minimum of one hour and a maximum of two hours. Unapproved late check-outs are charged $100 per hour past 10 AM. Guests are responsible for associated costs if they delay housekeeping staff.

Smoking: We kindly request there to be NO SMOKING or VAPING indoors or on the property at any time. This includes cigarettes, cigars, or drugs of any kind. If you are caught smoking or with any evidence of drugs left behind, you will be fined $250.

Guests: To ensure the comfort and security of our guests, only registered guests are permitted on the property, with a maximum capacity of 5 people. An additional fee of $35 will be charged for each extra guest.

Events/Parties: Please be considerate of our neighbors and watch your noise levels – this also means that NO PARTIES or LARGE EVENTS of any sort are allowed. If you are caught having a party, you will be fined $400. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.

Guest Contact: Please refrain from contacting or disturbing your neighbors or visiting the leasing office for any reason during your stay. Failure to comply will result in the immediate termination of your reservation. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to me directly.

Bathroom: Do not flush sanitary items, wet wipes, paper towels, or diapers. Flush toilet paper only.

Cleaning & Maintenance:
There is a trash shoot located to the right of the elevator on your floor. Use small bags to avoid blocking the chute. If the chute is out of service, deposit the bag in the trash can inside the room. Do not place trash bags on the ground. There is a $50 fee for makeup stains on bed sheets or comforters.

Keys: In the event of misplaced or stolen keys, electronic key cards, fobs, or parking passes, a fee of $100/per item will be applied to your booking.

Room Lockouts: For your convenience and security, always carry your key and fob as your room doors have an auto-locking feature. If locked out on weekdays (9 AM - 5 PM), assistance is complimentary. After hours, a $50 fee applies for each lockout.
