“I arrived in Marfa in the middle of the night and accessed the room leaving the host a message that I was entering early and would pay the additional fee. Message was well received and fee was minimal. The hot water was not working in unit 2 and I was given unit 3 for my visit. NP the beds were like clouds and the overall situation was very good. ”

“Everything was perfect. I couldn’t get over the shower head, perfect pressure and perfect shower stream. My only feedback is a curtain for bathroom window. It’s exposed to the back where the fire pit is. ”

“Price of the property is a 5 start. Apartment was clean and nice. The only reason i give it 3 starts its because it rain 3 days and the apartment flooded. It was overwhelming comin home and having to clean the floors after a long day outside 😩 ”

“The location was just as described. Property management was nice and quickly assisted me with an issue I had. Door locks can be a little tricky so I do recommend watching the video that you receive in a text message before your check-in but once you figure it out, it’s pretty easy. Will definitely be my choice for my next trip! ”

“I had been eyeing this location when planning past stays in Marfa and was excited to spend a few days relaxing after a road trip through New Mexico. The space was very clean and the light and the patio outside were my favorite aspects. The location is phenomenal. Close to town but removed so that you can enjoy the sweeping vistas of West Texas. “Location was easy to find and close to many galleries. Place was warm and cozy. Only thing was train passed a couple of times at night. Did not bother me but woke up my daughter. Overall I was happy with my stay.”
