“Just back from a stay at this property and it was just as described. I would stay there again without hesitation. I would recommend a good cleaning in the living room - dry cleaning the couch as well as rug, which is why I rated cleanliness with 3 stars. I had a little trouble with the check in, but the owner was available as needed. Not sure if this is VRBO or the owner, but I would urge a check out time of no later than noon. If it had been, I would not have to have left dishes in the sink! ”

“We (two teenagers and 1 adult) came to Richmond for GalaxyCon in March, and we needed an inexpensive little place to stay - and this spot was perfect for our needs. The kids took the big bed and I took the sofa (which was surprisingly comfortable); the bathroom was large and nice, and it was overall just a great spot to come back to after a day of museums, walking around Carytown, etc. Thanks for a nice trip!”

“You delivered what you promised. This was a well designed, stylish place. So clean! I was comfortable (once I figured how to work the heat!) and I loved the neighborhood. There were a few bulbs out, so a check on that is a good idea, but it did not cause a problem, as there's plenty of lighting. Communication was great. Any issue I had (the room code) was fixed immediately, with a quick phonically.”

“Next to Pizza Bones and a half block from Union Market, where I ate regularly. The only drawback is not the owner's fault. Richmond, Virginia has unreliable infrastructure. Several times a year, the power goes out in entire neighborhoods. This time, the power went out in the water treatment plant and this caused the water to shut off for all of Richmond for about two days. No way to flush a toilet! No way to wash your hands!
