“This is a wonderful cabin in a beautiful setting. The stay was extremely enjoyable and the property is clearly well taken care of by the owners. The listing and photos are pretty accurate. i just wish it was a little more private , The house was very well set up to start the stay. There was really nothing we needed that was not already there besides food. It was a fun cabin and we will be back.”

“For someone with mobility issues this property would not work, but for anyone else this place is exceptional. With a beautiful layout that is thoughtfully furnished, immaculately clean, extremely well equipped, and ideally located both for convenience and aesthetics it met or exceeded all of our expectations. Every decoration in this house was chosen with care. We had everything we needed, including hand soap and filtered water! Both much appreciated. “We had a great time during our stay! The house was as advertised with all the amenities needed. The beds were comfortable and the host was flexible and quick to respond to any of our questions throughout the weekend. There was plenty of room for everyone and all the couples enjoyed making dinners together and sitting by the fire at night. The property is peaceful and private. “Check in and out was super easy, which was great because our flight arrived late in the evening. I forgot earplugs but I didn't need them. A quiet neighborhood! We walked to get coffee, breakfast, and dinner. Only 5 minutes from where the graduates lived so it helped our family coordinate comings and goings between events.”

“This was a nice property. Big, with comfortable beds, a good, hot shower (with a high shower head - good for tall people), nice coffee pot (with some tasty coffee provided). Access was simple with programmable door access. The off-street parking made things easy.”

“This house was just right. It has 5 well spaced big bedrooms, and important to note a king bedroom and bath on the ground floor. The house was spotless and uncluttered. Each room had a fan and plenty of extra blankets and towels. One of the bedrooms is an apartment right off the kitchen. My son enjoyed this having this be very private. The outdoor porch was peaceful. All around great house”

“We truly enjoyed our weekend at The Pine Tree. The house was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and convenient. It was well appointed and provided all we needed to feel at home while away from home. We loved that our host stocked the kitchen with basic spices as well as coffee and tea. It was a quick and easy drive to SUNY Cortland. We hope to return to the Pine Tree in the near future.”

“We all had an excellent time during our stay at Dawns home. The house was exceptionally clean and well appointed. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials needed. The house is very comfortable as we were 2 couples sharing the house. The location of the home makes for an easy commute into downtown Ithaca and all the gorges and falls.
