Rustic Chic Tavern ~ Near Biking + Walking Trails

Summary:
Welcome to your home away from home while visiting all that Bentonville has to offer. We look forward to hosting you at this cozy, yet spacious home. This home is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood just about one bike-able mile from Coler Walking and Mountain Biking trail. This home is also just minutes away from downtown, the Walmart Home Office, the Momentary, Crystal Bridges, and all of the Bentonville hot spots.

The Space:
This house has plenty to offer for groups of 6-7 people with a full kitchen, outdoor seating on the back patio, a nice porch swing to enjoy a quiet night. There is a bike rack in the garage to keep your bikes indoors; the rack holds up to 6 bikes. You will be very comfortable during your stay.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the whole house. The house has a smart TV and you can stream from your favorite apps and the HBO Max is provided.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is a quite and safe neighborhood and you should have no issues feeling comfortable. We love our neighbors and ask that you keep quiet hours from 10pm to 7am to respect them.

Getting Around:
You will most likely want to drive around Northwest Arkansas, however this home is situated in a neighborhood that centrally located and bike-able to many attractions in Bentonville.

Other Things to Note:
★ Any evidence of smoking tobacco, marijuana, or associated paraphernalia in the house or on premises will result in a $500 fee.
★ Always report any accidental damages or breakage before check out.

Great Space!
The property was better than expected - good location and plenty of room for the family to spread out. The beds were comfortable and the owner provided the items you need when traveling - soap, shampoo, coffee, etc. It was a great stay!

Spring Break in Ark
The on line pictures depleted the cottage perfectly. Very, very clean and the linens were very nice and cozy. The garage is in the back of the house and is accessed from the alley. We loved it. Great to have a garage, especially with Spring weather and you walk directly into the house from garage, no stairs, so easy. It is not walkable distance to downtown Bentonville however it was within 5 miles approximately. The cottage is West of Walton Blvd. and is closer to the HGTV Marrs mercantile in Centerton, about 3 miles. Thank you, Nancy OP, KS.

Perfect Choice
We were very pleased with this property. It was everything as described. Spotless & complete with all you would need. The kitchen has all of the appliances & things you might need. It was such a spacious comfortable place to come back to each day to rest & relax & sleep. Bed was very comfortable. There were water bottles & snacks waiting for us. The host was very quick to respond to all of our questions. This is why we try not to stay in hotels anymore. Such a better experience. We would stay here again, no question.

Visiting Bentonville
We stayed here when coming to Bentonville for the first time to visit with our daughter’s family who recently moved to Arkansas. The location was great. The house was comfy, very clean and just right for us. I loved the porch swing in the morning while drinking my morning coffee. It was nice to have a garage for the car too. I touched base with the host just to let her know we arrived and when we were leaving and she always responded quickly. I would certainly consider staying here again.

Comfortable stay with minor hickup
The house is roomy and quiet in a quiet neighborhood. We were given a code to access the garage in the back of the house but it did not work. The owner was alerted but a solution was never found. Use of the garage is vital since the HOA does not allow parking in front of the house.

Clean, Comfortable & Perfect for Our Stay
Decided to book this property for a week long visit to see family. This house was exactly as advertised. All areas of the house were super clean which is very important to us. Linens were very nice. The bed was extremely comfortable. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The coffee pods, snacks and bottles of water were a nice touch. Neighborhood was very quiet. We didn’t bring our bikes, but there are very nice bike racks in the garage and a well equipped laundry room. We will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Property
This home was very clean and nicely furnished. The full kitchen had everything we needed to enjoy our multi-day stay and the property manager was very prompt in answering any questions we had. The two-car garage came in very handy as we had our bicycles with us and appreciated the extra security and storage space. Would definitely recommend!
