Bring candles
Comfortable beds, updated kitchen and bathroooms and nice and clean. Very dark interior with dim lighting. Complicated heating with old forced air, new heated tile floors plus a gas fireplace and inadequate instructions. They could use a nice 3 ring binder welcoming you and explaining all the amenities including lots of older stereo and several remotes we could not figure outKitchen was missing key items like enough wine glasses, coffee cups and bowls but property manager was quick to deliver

Generally a nice place to stay
We went with friends for three nights. Positives: Reservation process, check-in, location, kitchen, hot tub, comfortable, dog friendly, streaming to the AV system, large enough great room. Less positive: A little dark inside (paneling on the walls, set in the trees), old window blinds a bit suboptimal, great room seating is a bit odd - a bit of a jumble (TV kind of far from the couch, two reclining chairs offset), somewhat smallish master bathroom and it was difficult to turn on the shower without getting sprayed with cold water, not enough wine glasses. Negatives: Mild mildew smell?

Cute cabin not far from the SHARC
Quaint cabin, perfect for our family getaway. The house is a little dark (more lights/brighter bulbs would have been nice). Kitchen has nice cooking utensils and pans; would have liked a nicer big pot that could have made a batch of pasta (the big pot there is pretty scratched up). The hot tub cover is a little cumbersome and close to the wall, so closing it is especially tricky. The house has a few board games, but only 4 of the 5 bikes work (one bike has a flat tire, but can’t be inflated because the tire valve has been severed from the tire). Comfortable beds and plenty of pillows!

Cute but the house is a little smaller than I thoufht it would be. It did have everything we needed. The queen bed wasnt super comfy was doable. The oven took a little getting use to. It was nice, clean, and cozy.

Wonderful stay!
This house was exactly as pictured, it was such a comfortable stay! Kitchen had all the basic necessities, rooms/ bathrooms all clean and organized. The hot tub was nice and warm (although jets could have had higher pressure!). Would be great for family, friends, and pets!! Would highly recommend stay here!

We truly enjoyed our entire stay. The house was clean and supplied everything we needed. Communication with Mgmt co was excellent and they responded quickly when needed. House was close to Sunriver Village which was convenient . Would stay here again!

4 day stay at #7 Approach Ln
Overall, our experience was fine. However, if I were to be critical, there are a couple items that should be corrected if this home is to be looked at as anything other than average. First, there is only basic cable and no cable in the master bedroom. Also (just for info purposes) no tv’s in the other 2 bedrooms. My other issue would be that even though this house has recently been renovated, there is no air conditioning. We stayed there in May so it wasn’t really an issue for us. Just something to be aware of.

The house worked well for our needs, not far from the village, easy access to Hwy 97 heading into Bend and easy access to Mt Bachelor. The gas fireplace was a perk, much easier than having to chop kindling, move wood and start a fire each day. Bedding was soft, towles were abundant for showers and the hot tub. The kitchen had all of the supplies we needing for cooking and cleaning, including a crock pot which we were initially informed it did not have. Only a few items were noticed overall including dust and cobwebs on the ceiling light fixtures and around furnishings at the floor level. The house overall is dimly lit, inside and out back by the hot tub. There is a lack of accessible electrical outlets in the master bedroom which was a bit frustrating as well as a nightstand only on one side of the bed. Due to the weather the walkway was very icy from the parking area to the front door or it was a large puddle at other times. Overall the house worked out great, all appliances worked well, heated floors were really neat, great window blinds, gas fireplace and the hot tub were all wonderful.
