The "Beaufort Breeze" Five Minutes from Historic Beaufort with Marsh and Dock!

Welcome to our low country cottage in a quaint neighborhood within 5 minutes of downtown historic Beaufort! It is also within twenty minutes of Parris Island and the Marine Corps Air Station and thirty minutes to Hunting Island State Park Beach.
The Beaufort Breeze overlooks Tidal Creek with beautiful views of the marsh! We added a new dock in 2023! There are well appointed windows for viewing the marsh from the kitchen, dining, living room and master! You can sit on the porch or around the outdoor firepit and view abundant wildlife and the changing tide or fish or swim off the dock!
Don't miss taking a trip to Hunting Island Beach with the provided free pass!
We are .3 miles to the Spanish Moss Trail and 3 bikes are provided! We are also an easy walk or bike ride to Historic Downtown Beaufort within1.4 miles.

Great stay at Beaufort Breeze!
Beaufort Breeze is in a beautiful setting on the marsh, the private deck and dock is very tranquil. Perfect for morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening!The house itself is very tastefully decorated, all furniture and beds comfortable. All sorts of supplies provided and sooooo clean.Everything was in working order.My husband and I hope to stay there again!

The property was perfect. Laura and Brandon have thought of everything and made it so comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with everything that we needed. The beds were luxurious! We enjoyed the waterfront views as well.

A great place to stay for families of recruits graduating from Parris Island
Beautiful sunrise and sunset views from the dock. Finding Keurig cups of our favorite coffee ready on the kitchen counter in the mornings was an extra bonus.Just wish we could have stayed longer.Thank you Laura!

Peaceful Stay
My family arrived late to the home. When we arrived the home was well lite, soft music playing, Christmas tree was on and the atmosphere was set. We had an amazing stay. The home was comfortable, beds were comfortable, and the house was very clean. I loved having my morning coffee out on the deck watching the sunrise. The town was very cute. We went to see our son graduate from Marine bootcamp. The drive to Parris Island was only 10 minutes away. I highly recommend the Beaufort Breeze. The owners were very responsive and polite:)

Amazing!
This house is beautiful! We travelled from NY to watch our daughter graduate from the Marine Corps bootcamp. The house was perfect for our family - close to Parris Island, clean, nicely decorated, soaps and paper products provided, a beautiful dock and outdoor area to enjoy a campfire. The hosts were responsive and easy to work with. Thank you for a great stay!

Charleston Gave Birth to a Baby…It’s Beaufort!
Until last week I thought Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, Canada was the cutest little coastal town but the title now goes to Beaufort! It is like a little Charleston but more charming! The Historic District is… well you have to see for yourself…great dining of any level, you can shop till you drop! Then there’s the surrounding areas that offer great fun to explore. The Sheldon Ruins, the chapel of Ease, Fort Fremont, and Hunting Island State Park. There’s more to discover, just ride out to any of the local boat launches to gaze out on the marsh…now after all this going and doing rent the Beaufort Breeze to return to. Situated in a cute ,quiet neighborhood with water and marsh view, great dock with seating, fire ring with seating and terrific back porch with seating to catch your breath. This is my 80th VRBO rental! It wins the award for the most comfortable mattress's on all beds, not just the master. No inner coils poking through to cause tossing and turning to find a comfy spot. Top of the line everything else…linens, kitchen equipment living room furniture. It is a couple of blocks from the Spanish Moss Trail… a 3/4 mile walk to Publix…scenic walk! I have nothing but high praise for this home away from home. Now to the best thing, terrific communication with the homeowner. She texted me to see if everything was ok…SO NICE! I can’t wait to rent their other VRBO which is just a few hrs from my house up in Western NC. We hope to return here to the Beaufort Breeze soon!

BEAUTIFUL HOME ON THE MARSH
I live locally and my kids were in town for the week. Loved this home, especially because it’s on the marsh beautiful sunsets and so many beautiful birds. Perfect location within walking distance of downtown and driving distance of many restaurants and stores. Brandon and Laura were great at communication. I would definitely rent this home again!

Perfect spot for graduation week
This was the perfect place for us to spend the week of my son‘s graduation from Parris Island. We had some unfortunate weather due to tropical storm Debi however we felt very safe and comfortable in this beautiful home. They had everything we needed as well. Once the weather made a change for the better it was great to have things like the bicycles and fishing rods handy for some enjoyable outdoor activity.

Million Dollar View
We had a wonderful vacation! The view of the marsh was stunning and we really enjoyed the dock and the outdoor seating options. The house was beautifully decorated, very clean, and had lots of amenities. We enjoyed the park pass and the bicycles as well.

Perfect house in the lowcountry
It’s a nice clean house, good size for 6 people.The view on the dock is stunning, especially during the sunsets. Enjoyed sitting on the porch during the morning and watching a storm roll in.It is just minutes from downtown Beaufort.The house is stocked with all of the amenities you will need.We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Get Away Cottage
Laura and Brandon, Your cottage was just what we were looking for! The setting was beautiful and we enjoyed our time on the back porch and dock! We saw dolphins swim by and enjoyed the fishing as well although we were only successful at catching crabs! Your home was graciously furnished with absolutely everything we could have hoped for.
