“Never stayed in a Youth Hostel before, probably shouldn’t have left it until my 40’s. However, it was a great place to stay. Food was good, reasonably priced and all that. The room was clean as owt. Bunk beds are for young people though. I’d probably stay again though. ”

“Lovely unusual place to stay, the room was lovely and clean and the bed very comfortable. There are jo staff on site which is fine but I did need to ask someone something so I phoned the emergency tel number that was on the into board but noone answered and noone got back to me. I do think if you are going to run a no staff hotel you do need someone to be available at the end of the emergency phone number. ”

“I have never stayed in a hostel before and as such may have too high requirements. It is up a steep hill, half-way between the centre of Bath and the university (10-15 min to uni, 15-20 min to centre). However, excellent transport connections as there is a bus stop named after the hostel with very regular connections (every 5-10 min). Further, no WiFi in the rooms. I stayed in the double room with own bathroom and it was okay but old. Only a bunk bed really. For nights it was okay though and...

“We didn't expect much, since it was one of the cheapest alternatives in the Bristol area. To our big surprise the boat was fantastic! High standard and newly refurbished. Great kitchen area, friendly and 24/7 accesible staff. The room was of course small, but that was expected. It's a boat after all. We even extended our stay and really enjoyed our time there. On top of this the location is VERY central. The centre of Bristol is just a few minutes walk away.”

“The fact the rock n bowl motel is very close to the strip of shops at Cabot circus, as well as a few bars only a couple minutes walk away was very convenient. There was plenty to do in the bar to start the night off and it was perfect for our lads weekend. The only issue we had was the cold showers. Only one shower in the block was warm, but besides that it’s exactly what you see on the pictures”

“Vi var i Bristol för festivalen Ghostfest på The Motion/Marble factory och spenderade ytterst lite tid på hostelet, vi sov och hade våra väskor där. Det var lite sunkigt och ska man spendera tid där så rekommenderar jag det inte men för att bara vara där för att sova så var det goda pengar spenderade. Vi fick lämna in våra väskor på rummet 2 timmar innan check in tid då vi hade bråttom ner på stan och det kostade oss ingenting, otroligt vänlig personal men ändå lite sunkig inredning. Frukosten...
