“I had the taco salad in the Landshark bar and it was really bad. The taco meat was cold, the cheese was not melted. You get it. I know it is supposed to be a salad but there was no attempt to warm the parts that were supposed to be heated. Also, the bed pillows were horribly soft, impossible to sleep.”

Expedia and the Inn failed to advise visitors of significant property issues on the websites. Shame on you both. While I have complained of these misrepresentations no adjustments were made to my booking and THE WEBSITES REMAIN UNCORRECTED AND MISLEADING in my opinion.”

“This property is dated and in need of some renovation. It is perfectly located on Neptune Beach with walkable restaurants. There is no view of the beach from the first floor, and I suspect not the second floor, either, but it’s a short walk through the dunes to the beach. The pool area is convenient to all rooms, and a poolside bar / snack facility is adjacent to the pool. ”

“Rummet var stort, fräscht och välstädat. Personalen väldigt trevlig och tillmötesgående och gör det lilla extra för att säkerställa att vistelsen blir bra. Poolområdet är mysigt och välordnat. Totalt sett ett väldigt välskött och mysigt hotell, vars ägare verkar genuint intresserade av att driva just ett hotell och se till att gästerna får den bästa upplevelsen. De hade till exempel satt upp en hängmatta för att ytterligare förbättra ett mysigt poolhäng. Hit vill vi komma tillbaka!”

“We had a great time staying at this property. I was there with 4 of my kids while visiting various national park sites. The neighborhood was perfect! Centrally located and very safe. The kids played out front on the swings and i had no hesitation letting them play while I made dinner. They jumped in the pool, but it was a little cold since it was January lol. We would defiantly utilize the property again if in the area. ”

“We enjoyed our stay. The place was equipped with most everything you need to cook. Clean,other than the mildew smell. Should do more about that,because its a great place otherwise. Close to everything. We didn't care for the construction right nextdoor, but we get it,given the season. ”
