This apartment is located in one of the cultural arteries of the city of Barcelona: Avenida Paral·lel. From the end of the 19th century until 1970, it has always been linked to the world of entertainment, with cabarets, music halls, or theatres such as Teatro Condal, el Teatro Victoria and el Teatro Apolo, which are still doing shows. “The Catalan Broadway” is full of charm and though it is not the same as it was before, it continues to offer a wide variety of activities and animations.

Gastronomic Offerings

The Paral·lel offers one of the best and most varied gastronomic options, which fill its pedestrian streets and tapas bars. It has many terraces where you can have a drink, nightclubs, and a magnificent gastronomic and cultural scene. Some Recommendations:

El Rincón del cava is special; its tapas are made with fresh and local products.

Casa tapas Cañota is another of the best restaurants in the area; among the most interesting there are the Galician tapas.

Antic café Espanyol. This restaurant is worth visiting for its history and location. It has been a meeting point for artists and performers who met after attending theaters in the area.

Tast Bcn is a modern place with an avant-garde gastronomic offer. A mix of traditional and current food to share with a group of friends, couples, or family.

Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. Guests must bring sheets. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it

-Arrival after hours:

- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (ask us if you want to check in earlier). Outside these hours we will charge €30 in cash, after 10pm it will be €50 and after 1am it will be €100

- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost will be 30 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. it will be 50 EUR and from 1 a.m. it will be 100 euros.

- If the arrival day is 12/24, 12/25, 12/26, 12/31 and 01/01 the charges will be as follows: 50 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. 100 euros and after 1 a.m. 150 euros

- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona 2023 will apply. (€5/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights).

- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.

- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).
