BCN Apartments - Exceptional!
The unit was clean, well stocked, and well furnished. They provided differentiation from a personalized card to maps, food, and beverages. Junior and the team were very attentive to make sure our experience exceeded expectations - and it did!

Beautiful and great location
This was a beautiful place to stay. We all enjoyed it a lot. It was in a great location too! Close to the metro and was walkable to many nearby attractions. I highly recommend this spot. Just so people know, you are sent a link to pay for this directly from the property. It is not paid through VRBO. You also are sent a link to pay the city taxes separately. I was skeptical at first until I read it was normal practice for Barcelona VRBOs.

Wonderful place to see everything @
Beds comfortable, nice bathrooms and everything clean. The location was close to almost everything we wanted to visit. It had an ELEVATOR which was a huge plus since the four of us had a lot of luggage for the 10 day cruise we were getting ready to take.

Quiet Neighborhood
The apartment was spacious for 3 adults and 2 kids. At 9pm, everyone in the building as well as surrounding area was quiet which meant you got peaceful nights sleep. The apartment was also clean and checkin process was a breeze.

Beautiful Barcelona Apartment
Our family of four (with two teenagers) stayed here for 3 nights. The location was close to everything. The check-in process was easy and communication with the property manager was excellent. This apartment is very spacious and we’d recommend to anyone staying in Barcelona!

Good Location, Not Luxury
This was a spacious apartment but NOT a luxury apartment. We were 4 people from the ages of 59 to 75 years old. There are 3 bedrooms (2 King Size beds and 1 room with 2 twin size beds). There was no air conditioning for the twin size bedroom and only 1 fan worked. Our group ended up sleeping in the two bedrooms with air conditioning and only used the twin bedroom for luggage. One King size bedroom was large and the other King size bedroom was small. The 2 bathrooms were outdated and need updates. To access the shower, you needed to climb over a large tub -- quite inconvenient for someone that is 75 years old. The furnishings need to be updated. There is an elevator. The location is a little troublesome. Young people kept trying to get into the building. There is an excellent coffee shop next door. We were able to walk to everywhere which was a plus.

Our family of four (2 adults+2 teens) had a great time at this property. It was clean, nicely furnished, well equipped, really quiet with the windows closed (great windows!) and communication was generally fast! Photos of the apartment are very accurate, it was a beautiful apartment. Wifi was nice and air conditioning was nice to have for people who wanted it in individual rooms. The only thing we couldn't figure out well was how to use the clothes dryer cylce after washing. All the other appliances worked well. The staff was around inside the building and they were very friendly! There's an elevator if needed, but the stairs are charming. Around the building, there is a laundromat, several grocery stores, workout-gym (with one-week membership if needed!), bakeries, restaurants, gelato - all literally a few steps away! Public transport was always a just a few blocks away too. The only thing that was confusing is that the payment is not done through Vrbo, rather it was directly through the property manager. We later found out that it's normal. All in all, it was a great space and would definately stay here again!

Apartment . The only criticism I would have would be that there was no information available to us in the apartment about Barcelona and the sites to see. There could have been more comfortable with the beds that were very very hard.

Wonderful Stay
The location was perfect for what we planned in Barcelona. The property team was very responsive before, during and after our stay. The only negative comment is that the photos are very generous on the apartment's appearance. Many doors didn't fit as they should and woodwork was pretty worn. That said, some intentional effort cold get them into shape easily. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend this property to others.

Great place although painfully squeeky doors & difficult to reach host before stay
Five stars on ideal location within city, clean, huge kitchen, excellent very comfortable beds and sensational sound proof windows facing street. Only two things that could use improvement: 1. Painfully squeeky closet, bedroom & bathroom doors. Doors need a good greasing to stop the loud & obnoxious squeaking. 2. Host never contacted us in advance. Had to call Vrbo from EUROPE costing $100+ in calls to reach host and find out how to access unit. This caused enormous stress before arrival not hearing in advance from host.

There is on-site parking (for an additional 20 €/night) and it was very convenient to park here. The apartment is spotlessly clean and the communication was excellent. Ramon was very helpful and we were very happy with the apartment. The AC was very good!

First trip to Barcelona a success
This trip from Boston was my daughter's high school graduation gift and she loved it. The property was in a great neighborhood with easy access to the places we wanted to see in Barcelona. We loved the cafe next door where we had a healthy breakfast every day. The property manager was very responsive to our needs. I would stay here again.
