“We arrived at a lovely warm house. Place was spacious and cozy. Sadly, we found that there had been mice in our beds and a number of the beds had been soiled with mouse excrement. A family of mice were present in the kitchen area and had left their mark in drawers, cupboards and a couch. Put a dampener on the stay and we were not able to have this issue resolved with clean bedding. Just an offer of some mouse bait to place around the property.”

The chalet is very rustic and creates a wonderful environment that accompanies the rainforest perfectly - the owners have done an amazing job.”
