What I didn't like was the reliance on previous guests to make the place clean and ready for the next guests, with no obvious thorough check in between. In particular, the bed wasn't made up and it was very difficult to find the right sheets for the bed. Also, the instructions were unclear about how the laundry is dealt with between guests, eg is it...
