Prior to checking in I messaged the host numerous times with questions but to avail. I even called VRBO to complain and they gave me a case number which was not dealt with but closed anyway. Upon entering premises it was unclean with floors dirty, sink still had particles of good, hole in floor, handle to balcony fell off and NO instructions to wifi or tv. Not even a brochure in the apartment on places to eat, shop, transit etc. I tried contacting the host numerous times on day 1 but to no avail. Finally day 2 they couldn’t even get the tv to work- I want a refund and a reply to this email
