"Great for single travellers! I have stayed here before, alone, and loved it. Close to everything in the city and easy to park. With a family, thoughy, the room was way too small. We were four people and could not open a single suitcase without putting it on the bed. Also, the bathroom door does not lock, or even close. Everyone hears everything. After a while you prefer a public restroom to the one in your hotel room. I would not recommend the Sofia Hotel for families or groups larger than 1 person. We should have received some VIP Access benefit, which was part of why I chose this hotel, but the staff had never heard of it. There were zero benefits to be had as a Silver member."

"Fantastiskt och charmigt hotell med den trevligaste personal vi någonsin mött i hotellvärlden. De fixade till och med en jättebra middag för vårt stora sällskap. Flertalet av dessa bodde på andra hotell och insåg att de borde bott på Horton Grand istället. Hotellet har dessutom spännande historia som gjorde besöket intressant. Exempelvis bodde revolvermannen Wyatt Earp sju år där... Vi vill rikta ett särskilt stort tack till hotellets extremt hjälpsamma och trevliga portier Victor Ivy som ordnade allt åt oss! Lars & Marita"
