This impressive two-floor property has a plot of 1,750m2 and provides 272m2 of living space. The generously sized windows invite natural light throughout the house. The villa has four large double bedrooms and five full bathrooms, one of them en-suite, to ensure that all guests have a private space and maximum comfort. Each element has been selected with attention to detail, providing a sophisticated and elegant environment.
On the ground floor we find a spacious living room that invites with its elegance and style, while the fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare delicious meals. In addition, on the same ground floor, there is a double bedroom with direct access to the garden, offering comfort and privacy with its complete bathroom on the same floor.
A wide staircase leads to the second floor where there are two large double bedrooms and a bedroom with three beds, all with access to a private terrace with sea views. The fourth bedroom is a spacious master suite and consists of an en-suite bathroom and a work area, ideal for those who need to stay connected during their stay.
The high-end finishes throughout the house guarantee a luxurious experience and the carefully selected details provide a stay of well-being, peace and comfort.
The exterior of the house offers impressive views of the Mediterranean Sea and consists of a large private pool, where you can cool off and relax under the warm sun. The large garden is divided into several areas, equipped with sun loungers, a chill out area and an outdoor dining area, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors.
The property has an annex that includes a chill out studio and a full outdoor bathroom, providing additional space to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
It is important to note that parties are strictly prohibited in this property, to guarantee the tranquility and comfort of guests and neighbors.
